BULL ANGUS - BULL ANGUS - Bull Angus - US Mandala Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Excellent debut (once released by Mercury) by an American hard-progressive formation, harking back to the style of Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Bloodrock, Sir Lord Baltimore, Power Of Zeus and Bang! Do you need a better recommendation! Great and genuinely thrilling organ-and-guitar playing with numerous instrumental parts. The second album - Free For All (1972) - came out at the same time. Digipak. Highly recommended! -
BURNIN RED IVANHOE (see also: Secret Oyster) - BURNIN RED IVANHOE - Burnin Red Ivanhoe / W.W.W. - EU Walhalla Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The second and third albums (on one CD) by a great, progressive Danish band, referring to the style of Made In Sweden. Long, extended and fairly varied pieces with Hammonds, saxophone and flute. (JL) -
C.O.B. (see also: Incredible String Band) - C.O.B. - Spirit Of Love - UK BGO Edition - LISTENprice: 75,00 PLN 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
An excellent (though I suspect not for everyone) first solo record by Clive Palmer - founder of the Incredible String Band (he appeared only on the group's first LP). Psychedelic, narcotic folk combined with the music of the East. The second album ("Moyshe McStiff") is even better!!! -
CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - Live At Fox Theater Long Island, New York 1971 - EU Klondike Editionprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A really nice radio concert from 1971. Very good sound quality, though not as excellent as on the 2CD "Live At The States". -
CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - Live In The States 1971 (2CD) - FRA On The Air Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
A superb double CD lasting over two and a half hours, containing a complete show of excellent quality from December 1971 (just after the release of the third album "Restrictions") and five live recordings from August 1971. The band (still in the classic line-up) played as if inspired - like a combination of Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Cream. Most of the tracks lasted between 8 and 20 minutes! The sound quality is perfect - it could not be better! Why did this material not come out at the time??!! A few months later the rhythm section of Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice formed a trio with Jeff Beck. A must! (JL) -
CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - One Way ...Or Another - EU Music On Vinyl 180g Press - LISTENprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
The second and genuinely heavy album by the legendary American band. 2017 reissue. -
CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - Restrictions / 'Ot And Sweaty (1971-1972) (2CD) - UK Hear No Evil Remastered Editionprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
Third and fourth albums released together as a double, remastered CD. Restrictions is probably the most successful of all the albums by this American formation, while the still superb "fourth" contained half-live, half-studio material, and the group's vocalist at that time was Pete French, known from Leaf Hound! A MUST! -

CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - Restrictions - EU Music On Vinyl GREEN VINYL Limited Press - LISTENprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
The third and probably best album by the heavy rock band led by two former Vanilla Fudge musicians. 2023 reissue, limited to 1000 copies, on green vinyl. Highly recommended! -
CAN - CAN - Tago Mago - EU Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Released in 1971 on double vinyl, the third in the discography and probably the best (and certainly the most rock-oriented, the most guitar-driven) album in the career of the German krautrockers. A must! -

CARAVAN - CARAVAN - Place Of My Own - A Collection Of Rare Tracks And Radio Sessions (December 1968 - March 1971) (2LP) - FRA Verne Press - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
A fantastic double compilation from the Verne label, gathering all the rare and unreleased recordings made by the progressive legend (in the original line-up of Hastings/Sinclair/Sinclair/Coughlan) in 1968-1971, that is, in the period of the first three classic albums. CD collectors know most of the recordings from the bonus tracks of the 'second' and the deluxe version of the 'third', and also from the double album collecting radio recordings, although 2 tracks from the 1968 BBC archives are really rare! I have waited 25 years for just such a record! A must! Condition: NEW, but not shrink-wrapped. -
CARAVAN - CARAVAN - In The Land Of Grey And Pink (2LP) - FRA Klimt Expanded Pressprice: 180,00 PLN / 45,00 EUR

CASE - CASE - Blackwood - US Lion Editionprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
Recorded in 1971, but sounding as if it were made in 1967-68, the only album by an amateur American formation, of which the ONLY copy was once found by chance in a bargain bin. It is a combination of guitar-driven (undistorted), garage psychedelia with rock ballad and blues. The recording quality is good (that is, average), but typical of college groups (muffled sound with hiss). This is a record for fans of the genre. (JL) -
CENTIPEDE (see also: Keith Tippett / Soft Machine) - CENTIPEDE - Septober Energy (2CD) - UK Esoteric Remastered Digipack Edition - LISTENprice: 90,00 PLN / 22,50 EUR
A jazz-rock, ephemeral band led by Keith Tippett. A double album containing a four-part suite which was performed at a concert at the Lyceum in London in November 1970. The following June, recording sessions took place at Wessex studios (London). Robert Fripp produced the album, and the cream of the British progressive scene of the time appeared on it. The result is a work that is difficult to approach - aimed at the most ardent fans of music in the vein of Nucleus, Soft Machine and so on. 2022 reissue remastered from the original tapes. -
CHEN, SHINKI (see also: Speed, Glue & Shinki) - SHINKI CHEN - Shinki Chen And His Friends - FRA Absinthe Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE - OSTATNIE SZTUKIprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
OUT OF PRINT! LAST COPIES! A French, limited reissue in a gatefold sleeve, from Absinthe, of the cult debut by guitarist Shinki Chen, released in February 1971 (earlier in Powerhouse and Food Brain, and right afterwards in Speed Glue & Shinki). The album was recorded with the help of, among others, Hiro Yanagida (a colleague from Food Brain), and it is dominated by heavy, Hendrix-style, bluesy, at times strongly psychedelic playing. The sound quality beats the previous reissues hands down! Highly recommended! New, sealed. (JL) -
CHICAGO - Chicago – Live 1971 (John F. Kennedy Center) (4LP BOX) - Rhino Entertaiment Editionprice: 350,00 PLN / 87,50 EUR
A four-record box set containing the Chicago concert that took place in September 1971 in Washington during the promotional tour for their third record, although the band was just working on the fifth (fourth studio) album. Importantly, it is a recording of the whole performance, without cuts, spread over 4 vinyls. Live 1971 shows Chicago at their absolute best – as a live band, and it is not merely a re-creation of the studio versions, but full-fledged, live reinterpretations of the pieces, including the first live performance of "Saturday in the Park". -
CHICKEN SHACK (see also: Broken Glass / Savoy Brown) - CHICKEN SHACK - Imagination Lady - EU Ethelion Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A long-awaited, vinyl, excellent-sounding reissue in a gatefold sleeve! Released by Deram at the very end of 1971, this album is an excellent, heavy blues-rock album - without a doubt one of the best records of this kind from the early 70s and at the same time the nicest achievement of this cult band! Recorded in a completely changed line-up (only the leader, the guitarist Stan Webb, remained, accompanied by the bassist John Glascock of The Gods/Toe Fat and the drummer Paul Hancox, who played two bass drums), the longplayer, unlike the first, strictly blues records, contained heavy, heavy-rock playing based on Webb's great, at moments almost Hendrix-like playing, combined with very early Led Zeppelin! It is simply a 'hard-hitting' album that should find its place in every self-respecting heavy rock collection! Condition: new, sealed. A MUST! -
CHICO MAGNETIC BAND - CHICO MAGNETIC BAND - Chico Magnetic Band +5 - FRA Absinthe Expanded Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A vinyl edition limited to 500 copies of the sole sensational album, released in 1971, by a forgotten French band, combining wacky psychedelic rock with Hendrix-style guitar and a stylish vocal à la Jimi. Fortunately it was not simple copying, but quite original, strongly swaying, sharp, at times downright wild playing - full of experiments with sound. Now worth nearly 1000 euros (in Near Mint condition), the album decidedly sounded more like 1969 than 1971. This version contains five additional recordings from rare singles. The sound quality is excellent! Highly recommended! (JL) -
CHRISTIE - CHRISTIE - For All Mankind +8 - GER Repertoire Expanded Digipack Editionprice: 70,00 PLN / 17,50 EUR
The group's second, somewhat more hard-rock and completely underrated album, from 1971. Eight bonuses. -
CHRISTMAS - CHRISTMAS - Live At Massey Hall - CAN Unidisc Edition - LISTENprice: 70,00 PLN / 17,50 EUR
A recording of a 1971 concert - on CD for the first time. Originally this material appeared on LP only in 1990 (previously only on cassette). The CD contains only four tracks, one of which (lasting nearly 20 minutes) is a premiere. The sound quality is very good! Highly recommended! -
CHRISTMAS, KEITH (see also: King Crimson) - KEITH CHRISTMAS - Pigmy - UK Remastered Edition - LISTEN - LAST COPYprice: 75,00 PLN / 18,75 EUR
Released in 1971, the third album by this folk rock artist. This very good, progressive record features, among others, musicians from Mighty Baby and Argent. Out-of-print, remastered edition from the label Talking Elephant, from 2012, we have the last copy. Recommended!
