Search

Type the artist's name or part of a title into the "Search term" box (e.g. Rolling St or Pink Fl is enough), and you will see all matching records. Under the "Advanced" button you can narrow down the results: artist, category, format (CD, LP, DVD…), country, year of release and price.

If you want records from a single year, enter the same year in the "year from" and "year to" fields. "Year from" 1970 on its own will show records from 1970 to the present day, and "year to" 1970 on its own – everything from 1954–1970. 1954 is the year the first rock single was recorded – Elvis Presley's That's All Right. The "price from" and "price to" fields work the same way.

What the availability labels mean

AVAILABLE – the item is in stock and is dispatched within 1 working day.
SPECIAL ORDER – we order the item from a distributor (usually 3 weeks or longer). You can order it, and you will only pay once we confirm that we can get it. Details: how to order records that are not in stock.
UNAVAILABLE – this record cannot be ordered at the moment. If you are really looking for it, write to us.

Basket

You add records with the "Add to basket" button. Adding a record to the basket does not commit you to anything. In the basket you can change the quantity with the "–" and "+" buttons, remove a record with the bin icon, or clear the whole basket with the "Empty" button. If you order both available and special order records, you will see them in two separate groups.

In the basket you also choose the delivery method (personal collection from the shop, InPost Parcel Locker, Poczta Polska, shipping abroad) and payment method (bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal). You will see the shipping cost straight away in the summary, and when shipping is free is described in the Terms and Conditions.

Placing an order

1. In the basket, click "Place order".
2. Enter your details and delivery address, then click "Next".
3. Check the summary, add any notes, accept the Terms and Conditions and click "I confirm the order with an obligation to pay".
4. You will receive a confirmation with your order number by e-mail, with a link to the order page. Please quote this number when contacting us.

Payment

Bank transfer – we will send you the bank transfer details by e-mail.
PayPal – you can pay straight after placing the order or later on the order page (link in the e-mail).
Cash on delivery – you pay when the parcel is delivered.
Special order records – payment only after our confirmation; we will then send you a payment link or bank transfer details.
