CENTIPEDE - Septober Energy (2CD) - UK Esoteric Remastered Digipack Edition - LISTEN

A jazz-rock, ephemeral band led by Keith Tippett. A double album containing a four-part suite which was performed at a concert at the Lyceum in London in November 1970. The following June, recording sessions took place at Wessex studios (London). Robert Fripp produced the album, and the cream of the British progressive scene of the time appeared on it. The result is a work that is difficult to approach - aimed at the most ardent fans of music in the vein of Nucleus, Soft Machine and so on. 2022 reissue remastered from the original tapes.
