PUZZLE - PUZZLE - Puzzle - SWE Flawed Gems - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
On CD for the first time! Released at the beginning of 1969 (by ABC Records) and produced by Eddie Kramer, the only album by this great American trio was a superb combination of heavy, Hendrix-style psychedelia with blues and a little psychedelic folk. Interestingly, the nearly 10-minute, heavyish blues is the weakest track on this record free of filler! Guitars dominated everywhere: overdriven, distorted and at times acoustic - backed by lively drumming and nice, energetic vocals. The album will certainly delight lovers of raw, guitar-driven playing from the late 60s in the vein of Hendrix and also Lincoln St. Exit, Euclid, Frost and Savage Resurrection. Highly recommended! -

QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE - QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE - Happy Trails - GER Repertoire Edition - LISTENprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
Every fan of psychedelia should own at least the two earliest albums by this legendary American group. "Happy Trails" is one of the best live albums in history. Plenty of improvised, guitar music - sometimes resembling a bit of a 'souped-up' Grateful Dead from the period of the LP "Live Dead". Excellent sound quality! A must! (JL) -
QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE - QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE - Live At The Fillmore Auditorium (6th Feb 1967) - UK Editionprice: 75,00 PLN / 18,75 EUR
Very good, single CD containing brand new, archive material recorded by the legend of American psychedelia on 6 February 1967 - just two days later than the two-disc CD from the same series. Two compositions did not appear on the double disc. Slightly weaker, though definitely acceptable (and for 1967 downright sensational) sound quality. -

A double live album containing above all material recorded on 4 February 1967, at the Fillmore West in San Francisco. -

RAINBOW FFOLLY - RAINBOW FFOLLY - Spectromorphic Iridescence - Complete Ffolly (3CD BOX) - UK Grapefruit - LISTEN - OSTATNIE SZTUKIprice: 160,00 PLN / 40,00 EUR
A three-disc box set containing "Sallies Fforth", the first album from 1968 in mono and stereo versions - fairly melodic pop-rock-psychedelia full of sound effects, close to the then work of The Beatles, The Hollies, Tomorrow and Koobas. The third disc has the album "Ffollow-Up!", recorded after the reunion in 2015. -
RARE EARTH - RARE EARTH - Get Ready - EU Music On CD Edition - LISTENprice: 70,00 PLN / 17,50 EUR
An excellent second album by an American group that was very popular in the early 70s. Solid, gently swaying rhythms, plenty of Hammonds, quite sharp guitars, a little blues. All covers of other people's compositions (including Traffic and Savoy Brown), among them a brilliant, strongly swinging 21-minute version of "Get Ready" by The Temptations. This is an excellent, classic record!!! Highly recommended! (JL) -
RARE EARTH - RARE EARTH - Get Ready / Ecology (1969-70) - US Lake Eerie Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The second and third, that is, the best albums by the group, on a single CD. Solid, gently swaying rhythms, plenty of Hammond, quite sharp guitars, plenty of covers (including a track by Savoy Brown) - among them a brilliant 21-minute cover of "Get Ready" by The Temptations. Very underrated albums in Poland and, all in all, an underrated group! A must! (JL) -
RARE EARTH - RARE EARTH - In Concert - US Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
An excellent live album - double on vinyl (only 8 tracks). A slab of juicy, swinging rock playing with very digestible elements of soul. Personally I cannot stand soul, but early Rare Earth I almost adore! Perhaps because it was a white band after all and played a little differently... American edition in a traditional case. A must! -
ROLLING STONES - ROLLING STONES - Their Satanic Majesties Request - EU Remastered Editionprice: 100,00 PLN / 25,00 EUR
Probably the best (though at the same time one of the most underrated) Stones albums and a flagship title of British psychedelia. Remastered edition in a traditional jewel case. A must! -
SALVATION - SALVATION - Salvation / Gypsy Carnival Caravan - EU Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
An American group playing guitar-driven, slightly far-out psychedelic rock - often with numerous, extended improvisations. Two nice records from 1968! Recommended! -
SAM GOPAL (see also: Motorhead / Hawkwind) - SAM GOPAL - Escalator +2 - UK Morgan Blue Town Remastered Expanded Edition - LISTENprice: 105,00 PLN / 26,25 EUR
The only album by a British psychedelic band with sitar, tabla and a young Lemmy (first from the left in the photo) on guitar and vocals, who on top of that wrote almost all the songs! This is an absolutely cult album and a definite must for all fans of the genre! Remastered 2017 edition. Plus two tracks from an unreleased single. Highly recommended! -
SAMSON (UK psych) - SAMSON - Are You Samson +3 - SWE Flawed Gems Remastered Expanded - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Excellent, though much forgotten, only album (released in November 1969) by a British psychedelic formation, unfortunately playing a rather outdated variety of late psychedelic rock à la The Beatles, The Zombies or Pretty Things, but with elements of early prog (including Hammond organ, French horn), that is, something that a little earlier was created by such superb groups as very early Deep Purple, Koobas or Velvett Fogg. A track such as "Mars" is a genuine psychedelic jewel! This, in my opinion excellent, concept album has been expanded with three tracks, including two from a very rare Parlophone single. Excellent sound! A MUST! -
SECOND HAND - SECOND HAND - Reality - GER Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
German digipak edition of one of the most interesting and moving albums in the history of British psychedelic rock. Released in 1968 by Polydor, a very varied album - from charming pop-psychedelia, through guitar-driven, almost Hendrix-like jams - all the way to dark, atmospheric and almost suicidal moods with church organ in the foreground (the 9-minute Mainliner is worth every penny...). Every single fan who likes the fusion of psychedelia and early prog rock from the 60s MUST have this record! Plus 1 bonus track. A must! -
SEEDS - SEEDS - Future (2CD) - UK Big Beat Mono & Stereo Expanded Deluxe Editionprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
The third studio album by the American band, more pop-psychedelic than its garage predecessors. -
SEGER, BOB -SYSTEM- - BOB SEGER SYSTEM - Ramblin' Gamblin' Man +10 - NZ Breaking Rock Expanded Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The fantastic debut album by The Bob Seger System - a band led by the leader of the Silver Bullet Band, who was very popular in the 70s! But in 1969 the creator of "Rosalie" (from Thin Lizzy's repertoire) offered very attractive, heavy psychedelic rock based on the interplay of overdriven guitar, organ and strong vocals - with elements of classic rhythm'n'blues, garage and the occasional acoustic ballad. The tracks are catchy (the first number was a hit), the playing itself very intense, at times almost trance-like (especially in the second part of the album), the sound juicy and full. This original and relatively little-known (though cult among collectors) album is simply excellent and will appeal to "almost every" lover of late 60s sounds! New Zealand edition in a digipak, enriched with ten live recordings. A must! -
SERPENT POWER - SERPENT POWER - Serpent Power - EU Vanguard Edition - LISTENprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
An American psychedelic formation, harking back to the style of Country Joe & The Fish. A great, slightly oriental, 13-minute "Endless Tunnel". -
SHAPE OF THE RAIN - SHAPE OF THE RAIN - Riley, Riley, Wood And Waggett (Deluxe Edition) (3CD) - UK Grapefruit Digipack Edition - LISTENprice: 130,00 PLN / 32,50 EUR
A three-disc set containing the 1971 album "Riley, Riley, Wood And Waggett" (the only one released at the time) enriched with fifteen previously unpublished tracks and two compilations: "Shape Of The Rain" - released in 2001, containing tracks from 1966-1973 and a CD featuring previously unpublished live recordings from 1968-1973. Delicate, often genuinely charming playing - a cross between folk-flavoured Wishbone Ash and the Beatles (or rather Badfinger). Highly recommended! (JL) -

SHOCKING BLUE - SHOCKING BLUE - At Home +4 - NL Red Bullet 2022 Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
A brilliant album! Dutch edition of the band's second album in the discography (recorded in 1967, the completely unknown debut was made with a different female vocalist) - in a traditional jewel case, with four bonuses. This is one of the best records combining ambitious, melodic pop with late psychedelia and early progressive rock. Remastered 2022 edition. A must! -
SILK - SILK - Smooth As Raw Silk - US Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Released in 1969, a great, unfortunately only, album by an American band combining, in a rather unique fashion, somewhat heavy guitar-and-organ sounds with elegantly arranged pop-psychedelia. The guitarist of the group Ford Theatre appeared on several tracks. This rather exceptional record, though requiring a few listens, will appeal to all lovers of the sounds of the late 60s and the records of the Rev-Ola and Fallout labels. Highly recommended! (JL)
