Why buy old vinyl records at Megadisc?
30 years of experience selling old vinyl records speaks for itself – this is no ordinary shop. At Megadisc we offer only original releases with their original sleeves - no reissues or copies. All of them are carefully cleaned, assessed and graded for sound quality and appearance. From legendary albums, through rare pressings, to used vinyl in Mint and Near Mint condition - Megadisc is a treasure trove for connoisseurs of first pressings.
We fully understand that the originality of a vinyl record is determined by subtle details – from the matrices to the type of paper used for the sleeves. Every record in our selection is a genuine copy, true to the artist's original intentions. When you choose a used LP at Megadisc, you can be sure it is something more than music: it is rock history and the musical atmosphere of the 60s and 70s in its purest form.
Which artists will you find in our shop of old vinyl releases?
Among the legendary artists you can find in our shop of old vinyl releases are Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Aerosmith and Queen – bands that defined the rock sound for decades. Nor could we leave out Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, King Crimson, Emerson, Lake & Palmer and Jethro Tull, the creators who turned progressive rock into an art form.
I also have classic releases by Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica, Motörhead and Saxon. And if your heart beats closer to blues and folk, records by Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Rory Gallagher and Fleetwood Mac are waiting for you – artists who recorded not for the masses, but for those who truly felt the music.
