MOTORHEAD (Motörhead) - MOTORHEAD - Over The Top - The Singles 1977-1982 - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
For the first time on LP! An excellent compilation lasting over 50 minutes, collecting sixteen rare and, most importantly, SINGLE recordings not released on catalogue albums, from 1977-1982, recorded (up to the release of the LP "Iron Fist") by the classic/best line-up of Motorhead: Lemmy / 'Fast' Eddie Clarke / Phil 'Philty' Taylor! Most importantly, the album contains two tracks from the ultra-rare debut single "Leaving Here/White Line Fever", worth 150 euros - released by the Skydog label in early 1977, only in France and Sweden! Neither version has ever appeared among the bonus tracks on any compilations or reissues of the debut LP! Graphically the record looks very attractive, and the sound is very good! This is a perfect complement to the band's classic early discography! A MUST! New, unsealed. (JL) -

MOVE (see also: Electric Light Orchestra / Idle Race / Wizzard) - MOVE - Shazam - UK Esoteric Pressprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
An excellent second record by the band. The album contained heavy, at times very heavy, progressive and at the same time catchy playing. In The Move's music there are plenty of changing moods and arrangement delights, so, like every good album, to appreciate it properly you have to listen to it several times. A record that should delight all fans of good old rock! 2023 reissue. -
MOVING GELATINE PLATES - MOVING GELATINE PLATES - World Of Genius Hans - FRA Replica Press - LISTENprice: 140,00 PLN / 35,00 EUR
The second album - in no way inferior to the debut! The music is still the same, though perhaps more complex - jazzy. Still clear echoes of the work of Supersister and (still... non-existent) Matching Mole. -
MY SOLID GROUND - MY SOLID GROUND - My Solid Ground - GER MIG Press - LISTENprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
This German band recorded only one album, but a gripping one. Stylistic diversity: from Floydian, slightly narcotic landscapes to hard-hitting rock in the vein of Lucifer's Friend. 2024 German edition from the MIG label. A MUST! (JL) -
NAZARETH - NAZARETH - Live At The BBC 1972-1973 - FRA Verne Records Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A limited, excellent album containing nearly 60 minutes of top live hard rock playing from the BBC radio archives - in perfect sound quality! This is early Nazareth - still hungry, still strongly bluesy, already heavy and not sparing themselves on stage. All the recordings were made before the release of the breakthrough LP of their career, "Razamanaz" - mainly in January 1973, and also in July 1972. The band played several covers, including a very heavy "Goin' Down", as well as excellent, greatly extended covers of Tim Rose's "Morning Dew" and a nearly 10-minute, strongly jamming and very intense "Black Hearted Woman" from The Allman Brothers Band's debut! Besides this the record contains two more compositions never released on records: "Ruby Baby" and "Paper Sun". A beautiful, laminated sleeve and great sound remastered from the original, ultra-rare, promotional BBC Transcription Service discs from over 50 years ago! A must! Condition: MINT, NEW, UNSEALED. OLD MAN AND THE SEA - OLD MAN & THE SEA - Old Man & The Sea - EU Sun King Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released by Sonet in 1972, an excellent, classic album by a Danish progressive band with a full sound based on Hammond organ and juicy guitar sounds. Fairly long, 6-8 minute tracks with intelligent arrangements are reminiscent of the style of German prog rock in the vein of early Jane, Satin Whale and Grobschnitt. 2024 edition, in a gatefold, matt sleeve, sealed. Highly recommended! (JL) -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA – Omega (1st German Album) (LP) - GER MIG Press - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
The English-language debut released by German Bellaphon in 1973 (reissued in 2022 by the German MIG: Made In Germany) and made up of compositions earlier released on 'Elo Omega' and '5', including the brilliant 'After A Hard Year' and 'White Magic Stone'. The record opened the way to the West European market for the band. The musicians successfully combined the melodiousness and hard rock dynamics characteristic of earlier records with a more mature, more progressive sound, enriched with Hammond organ, mellotron and Moog synthesisers. A German, limited reissue on 180 g vinyl. A must! (JL) -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA - III (German 3rd Album) - German MIG Press - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A German 2022 edition. A great, third, West German, English-language album recorded in an excellent studio under the eye of the experienced producer Peter Hauke (Nektar, Grobschnitt, Message) and released by Bellaphon in autumn 1974. Most of the compositions used (in new versions) on the record came from the albums: 'Elo Omega' and '5'. Highly recommended! -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA – 200 Years After The Last War (LP) - GER MIG Press - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A remastered, German 2022 edition. Released in Germany by Bellaphon in 1974, the second, English-language album is among Omega's most outstanding achievements of the seventies and is one of the important achievements of European progressive rock. The band moves away here from its psychedelic roots in favour of monumental, multi-part compositions based on extended parts for Hammond organ, Moog, mellotron and melodic guitar playing. The centrepiece of the album is the nearly twenty-minute "Suite" – an impressive suite of symphonic sweep, smoothly combining atmospheric passages with more dynamic and instrumental ones. A limited edition on 180 g vinyl. A must! -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA - Hall Of Floaters In The Sky (German 4th Album) - GER MIG Press - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A German 2022 edition. The fourth European album, released at the time (1975) by the West German Bellaphon, as well as by the British Decca! No Eastern Bloc band could boast a similar result! Adorned with an attractive sleeve, the English-language record contained tracks known (in other versions) from the earlier three Hungarian albums and, as usual for Omega, impressed with a mighty, juicily produced ('wall of sound') dose of progressive rock with heavier elements. On the other hand it could be heard that the band was increasingly heading towards the more intricate regions of symphonic rock. Highly recommended! (JL) -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA - Skyrover (Omega VIII) - German MIG Music Press - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A German 2022 edition. Originally released in 1978 in several European countries and in America, the English-language LP Skyrover (released in Hungary as Omega 8: Csillagok Útján) is among Omega's most valued albums of the second half of the seventies and forms a bridge between the monumental Időrabló and the groundbreaking Gammapolis. The band develops here its characteristic symphonic-progressive sound, enriching it with even more extended synthesiser parts and subtle electronic textures. The record captivates with a coherent atmosphere, rich arrangements and a skilful combination of melodiousness with progressive sweep. -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA – Élő Omega – Kisstadion ’77 (2LP) - Hungarian Grund Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 280,00 PLN / 70,00 EUR
A previously unreleased, exceptional document of one of Omega's most important concerts in its classic line-up. The two-record release presents for the first time the complete recording of the performance at Budapest's Kisstadion, showing the band in great form. The concert programme is based mainly on material from the albums "Nem tudom a neved" and "Időrabló", enriched with earlier compositions and the English-language track "Family Strong". On stage Omega impresses with extended parts for organ, Moog synthesisers and mellotron, striking guitar solos and the compact, dynamic playing of the rhythm section. Particular attention is drawn by the extended versions of "A Névtelen Utazó", the suite "Időrabló", "Éjféli Koncert" and the striking instrumental showpieces titled "Szintetizátormutatványok", which are a demonstration of László Benkő's abilities. The recording captures the atmosphere of Omega's concerts of the second half of the seventies, when the group was among the biggest rock stars in Central and Eastern Europe. The gatefold sleeve was printed on special paper, pleasant to the touch. Recommended! -

An English band with a single, but excellent album, released in 1971 only in the USA. Slow, heavy, guitar-driven sound very much resembling the work of Mountain and Free, but above all Leaf Hound and Jodo. An edition from the Spanish label Guerssen, from 2023, on black vinyl. Highly recommended! (JL) -
