OMEGA - Hall Of Floaters In The Sky (German 4th Album) - GER MIG Press - LISTEN

A German 2022 edition. The fourth European album, released at the time (1975) by the West German Bellaphon, as well as by the British Decca! No Eastern Bloc band could boast a similar result! Adorned with an attractive sleeve, the English-language record contained tracks known (in other versions) from the earlier three Hungarian albums and, as usual for Omega, impressed with a mighty, juicily produced ('wall of sound') dose of progressive rock with heavier elements. On the other hand it could be heard that the band was increasingly heading towards the more intricate regions of symphonic rock. Highly recommended! (JL)
