KISS - KISS - Early Studio Demos (March-October) 1973 - FRA Verne RED VINYL Limited Pressprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released on red vinyl, in a very attractive, laminated sleeve, a superb, 50-minute album containing two superb demos by the band, professionally recorded in 1973 (in March, and then in October), among others by Eddie Kramer at the Electric Lady studios in New York, which led to the band signing a contract with Warner Bros and Casablanca. The sound quality is perfect (the vinyl is pressed excellently and loud), and the then amateur band sounded better in the studio, more dynamic than on the first three albums! Classic hard rock was rarely better than in the performance of Kiss! In addition, two little-known recordings ("Acrobat" and "Life In The Woods") from a rehearsal before the June concert in Amityville are included (see: another vinyl from Verne)! Condition: MINT (NEW, unsealed). (JL) -
KISS - KISS - Alive! In Amityville, June 1973 (Remastered) - FRA Verne RED VINYL Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released in a very attractive, laminated sleeve, a very good, 52-minute concert, legendary among fans of this then completely unknown band, recorded on 16 June 1973 in Amityville - a full eight months before the release of the debut long-player! The album contains several early recordings not released on any record (the 7-8-minute "Acrobat", "Life In The Woods" and "Simple Type"). The quality of this 'audience recording' is great and much better than the previous versions (with 'drifting' sound on several tracks) - known even from YouTube! I repeat: the sound of this LP beats the earlier versions and the links from the internet should be treated only as a 'sample'! Edition on red vinyl. Condition: MINT (NEW, unsealed). (JL) -
KISS - KISS - Creatures Of The Night - 40th Anniversary Edition - EU Half-Speed Remastered 180g Pressprice: 200,00 PLN / 50,00 EUR
Released in 1982, the album was the band's return to very nice, heavy playing. At moments the band sounds almost metal! A remastered, anniversary edition. -

A great debut album, released in 1971, by a cult Mexican heavy rock band, containing tracks such as "Nasty Sex" and "Shit City". Without doubt one of the few best records of this kind from Central/South America. A 2025 remastered Spanish edition, with the poster included. Highly recommended! (JL) -

Decorated with a brilliant sleeve, a great album, though until a certain point almost unknown. Uncompromising, heavy rock based on catchy guitar riffs and backed by the superb vocals of Pete French (later in Atomic Rooster and Cactus), in the vein of Free (on dope), Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. The original British LP (once released in only 500 copies) is worth over 12,000 pounds today! Limited edition released for Record Store Day, on yellow vinyl. A MUST! (JL) -

LEVEE CAMP MOAN - LEVEE CAMP MOAN - Levee Camp Moan - SPA Sommor Remastered Pressprice: 135,00 PLN / 33,75 EUR
One of the rarest British albums released by a private label, recorded in 1969 by a British blues-rock band. They took their name from an old blues song, and in their music they drew inspiration both from the classics, including Otis Rush, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Muddy Waters and Skip James, and from their contemporaries Canned Heat, Savoy Brown or Paul Butterfield. The band combined female (Sal Bristow) and male (Frank Wood) vocals. Remastered 2020 edition. -
LIED DES TEUFELS (see also: Hanuman) - LIED DES TEUFELS - Lied Des Teufels - GRE Missing Vinyl Limited 180g Press - LISTENprice: 135,00 PLN / 33,75 EUR
A German band formed (like Hanuman) after the break-up of Murphy Blend. Very good, electrifying music - very typical of what the Germans were playing at the time. Unfortunately (for some), all the lyrics are sung in German. Limited 2009 edition. -
LITTLE BIG HORN (see also: Wild Silk) - LITTLE BIG HORN - Little Big Horn +7 (2LP) - SPA Sommor Remastered Expanded Press - LISTENprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
The first reissue on LP! Half of the album is kept in a hard-progressive style (guitars + keyboards) of the Jody Grind and lighter Deep Purple kind, while the second, somewhat gentler part resembles a little the work of Procol Harum, The Band and Paul McCartney. Highly recommended! -
LIVING DAYLIGHTS (see also: Greatest Show On Earth / Leon Paul-Phillips / Fuzzy Duck) - LIVING DAYLIGHTS - Let's Live For Today - SPA Guerssen MONO Pressprice: 140,00 PLN / 35,00 EUR
An album by a cult psychedelic band, led by Garth Watt-Roy (among others Greatest Show On Earth, Fuzzy Duck, Steamhammer, as well as a solo record under the pseudonym Leon Paul-Phillips) and his younger brother, Norman (Greatest Show On Earth, Ian Dury & The Blockheads). Unfortunately the release of the record depended on the success of the first two singles, and these did not "conquer" the charts. 2024 Spanish mono edition. Highly recommended! (MU) -
LUIGI ANA DA BOYS - LUIGI ANA DA BOYS - Feeling The Ceilling - SPA Sommor Remastered Limited Press - LISTENprice: 145,00 PLN / 36,25 EUR
From the publisher's information: "An album recorded at a local studio in Leeds and released by a private label in 1978 (but sounding more like 1970), a wonderful example of British hard rock/heavy prog in the same spirit as Wishbone Ash or Thin Lizzy, dominated by killer twin-guitar attacks. A band with roots in the pub rock scene of West Yorkshire and led by the excellent guitarist Duncan McFarlane." Remastered 2023 edition, on black vinyl. -
LUV MACHINE - LUV MACHINE - Luv Machine +1 - EU Ethelion Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released in the original, controversial cover (no major label would let this project through today...), a reissue of the only, very rare, but great, album made in 1971 by a totally forgotten, hard-rock British band (two white Angolans + two natives of Barbados). The record was filled with riffing, hard-rock tracks (though poured over with a psychedelic or progressive sauce) in the vein of Horse, Incredible Hog, Stray and Leaf Hound. The original Polydor vinyl in MINT- condition is worth 700-800 euros today, so it is undoubtedly worth taking a chance on this perfectly sounding reissue! Additionally a track from the B-side of the group's only single has been included. Highly recommended! Condition: NEW, sealed. -
MAMA LION - MAMA LION - Preserve Wildlife - EU Future Shock ORANGE VINYL Limited 180g Pressprice: 130,00 PLN / 32,50 EUR
A mixture of rock, jazz, blues and soul that is rather hard to define - typically American playing from the early 70s with the somewhat hoarse vocals (à la Janis Joplin and Maggie Bell) of Lynn Carey. A 2021 edition, on orange vinyl. -
MARILLION - MARILLION - Early Sessions 1981-1982 (BBC Friday Rock Show + The Roxon Tape + Manchester Square Demo) - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A superb, limited, 54-minute black vinyl from Verne, collecting classic material by the progressive Brits (combining here the style of early Genesis, Camel and mid-period Pink Floyd), made between July 1981 and July 1982, that is over the course of the year before signing the contract with EMI Records. Three tracks from an excellent BBC session (with the best, sharpest version of "Forgotten Sons"), two tracks from a demo session for EMI, three tracks recorded in the studio in 1981 (and sold at concerts) and a live track unreleased on any album, "Institution Waltz". Decorated with an attractive sleeve by Mark Wilkinson, the whole thing sounds excellent, professional and is an excellent complement to the band's first two albums! A must! CONDITION: NEW, UNSEALED. (JL) -

A classic, blues-rock album from 1968 (in the vein of the recordings of John Mayall's Bluesbreakers of the time), also containing the sensational, painfully psychedelic and as much as 6-minute 'Extraction'. The excellent guitarist Radim Hladik later founded the band Blue Effect! A remastered, jubilee edition.
