PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Live In Los Angeles 1975 (2LP) - FRA Verne Records Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
An excellent, limited double album containing the legendary two-hour performance from 26 April 1975 - without a doubt the best-sounding concert from the tour promoting the LP "Wish You Were Here". Oddly enough, the band, then at the peak of its popularity, did not professionally record any concert in 1975, just as no radio broadcast the band's performances. Fortunately recorded among the audience ('audience recording'), on professional equipment, the concert sounds better than the vast majority of recordings from the mixing desk. A similar situation to the brilliant "Montreux 1970", and also "Oakland 1977"... The sound quality is simply superb and listening to this record is simply a huge pleasure! Nothing better from Floyd in 1975 will ever appear on the market! Plus very nice artwork. The vinyls sound some 10% better than the attached YouTube material. A must for fans of the band! Condition: MINT, NEW, unsealed. (JL) -
PLANETARIUM - PLANETARIUM - Infinity - EU Ethelion Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
FIRST TIME ON VINYL IN OVER 50 YEARS! A previously unreissued, almost completely unknown album by an anonymous band from Italy, which at the end of 1971 recorded its only album, which has belonged to my TOP 5 of Italian rock for 30 years. Instrumental, very beautiful and quasi-cinematic music bringing to mind the French soundtrack from the film "La Route de Salina" that I adore (that is, early Pink Floyd mixed with the moods of Ennio Morricone) combined with early King Crimson - thanks to numerous Mellotron phrases, classical guitar, and so on. Moreover plenty of charming melodies for Hammond organ, piano, flute (a lot!), electric guitar and the sounds of a storm, of war - suuuch moods... An incredibly atmospheric record, full of changing moods (from horror to fairy tale), and to tell the truth I know no other album like it! No, I repeat, no fan of old Italian progressive rock will be disappointed! All the more so since the sound is excellent! This title has not been and is unlikely to be released by BTF/Vinyl Magic because the rights are unavailable to them... The original vinyl in great condition costs over 1000 euros, and even at this moment someone is offering a sealed (!) copy online for only 2000 euros! A must! Condition: NEW, sealed. (JL) -
PLUM NELLY - PLUM NELLY - Deceptive Lines - AUS Survival Research Press - LISTENprice: 130,00 PLN / 32,50 EUR
The only album (originally released in 1971 by Capitol) by a great American band playing juicy, heavy, decidedly guitar-driven rock with progressive touches (occasional flute), in the style of Bloodrock, Leaf Hound, Tamam Shud and the debut of Bang. This is top-shelf heavy rock - full of extended tracks filled with extended instrumental parts, intense and solidly produced. An Australian 2025 reissue. An absolute classic! A must! (JL) -

PROCESSION - PROCESSION - Fiaba - ITA CLEAR VINYL Limited 180g Press - LISTENprice: 160,00 PLN / 40,00 EUR
A great band from Italy. The second, somewhat gentler album - saxophones and flute appeared, and the sound became more art-rock. Limited 2022 reissue, on clear vinyl, in a gatefold sleeve. -

QUATERMASS (see also: Hard Stuff / Episode Six) - QUATERMASS - Quatermass - EU Music On Vinyl CLEAR VINYL Limited 180g Press - LISTENprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
The only album by a great, though unfortunately somewhat forgotten British band playing eclectic prog rock in the style of The Nice, Egg and Atomic Rooster (without guitar, but you hardly notice...) based on the interplay of heavy Hammond organs and the rhythm section. The record also contains several almost hard rock tracks, including the original version of the track "Black Sheep Of The Family", known from the debut of Rainbow. 2024 edition limited to 750 numbered copies, on clear vinyl. Highly recommended! (JL) -
QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE (see also: Kyuss / Dead Weather / Nirvana) - QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE - Queens Of The Stone Age - EU Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 100,00 PLN / 25,00 EUR

QUEENSRYCHE - QUEENSRYCHE - Operation: Mindcrime (2LP) - EU Press - LISTENprice: 160,00 PLN / 40,00 EUR
The third record by the progressive metallers from the States. Many people consider this album to be... the best in the history of metal, which is certainly a huge exaggeration, although the record is a great pleasure to listen to. A nice, though somewhat 'overproduced' album (with the singer Geoff Tate's impressive vocal parts, often sung in the highest registers), combining the style of late Rush, Judas Priest, Queen and Fates Warning. 2022 double-record edition. -
QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE - QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE - Happy Trails - UK Pure Pleasure Pressprice: 190,00 PLN / 47,50 EUR
Every fan of psychedelia should have at least the two earliest albums by this legendary American band in their collection. "Happy Trails" is one of the best live albums in history. A lot of improvised, guitar-driven music - sometimes reminiscent of a somewhat 'souped-up' Grateful Dead of the "Live Dead" LP period. 2009 reissue. A must! (JL) -
QUILL - QUILL - Quill - EU Music On Vinyl PINK VINYL Limited Press - LISTENprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
Released by the Cotillion label in 1970, the only, but truly very good, album by a somewhat forgotten American band contains intense and superbly produced playing with the dominant sounds of a very nice, edgy guitar, organ and occasional horns, all served against a superbly and densely playing rhythm section. Plenty of intense, meaty and almost progressive playing, though with still perceptible influences of psychedelia (including the excellent, balladic "Yellow Butterfly") and jazz - just as it was played in 1970... Reissue limited to 750 copies from 2024, in a gatefold sleeve, on pink vinyl. Highly recommended! (K) -

RED DIRT - RED DIRT - Red Dirt - UK Morgan Blue Town Pressprice: 160,00 PLN / 40,00 EUR

ROCK WORKSHOP (see also: Running Man / Alex Harvey) - ROCK WORKSHOP - Rock Workshop - ITA Bonfire RSD Record Store Day 2025 Pressprice: 140,00 PLN / 35,00 EUR
A great British progressive supergroup made up of leading jazz and rock musicians. A very dynamic combination of sharp guitars (Ray Russell - later in Running Man), wind instruments (including Bob Downes) and a powerful rhythm section, with Alex Harvey on vocals and second guitar! The album, released by CBS in 1970, will appeal to all fans of bands such as Chicago Transit Authority, Heaven, Hannibal, etc. An Italian 2025 edition, for Record Store Day. Highly recommended! (JL) -
ROCKCELONA - ROCKCELONA - La Bruja - SPA Press - LISTENprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
As is well known, Spanish rock of the second half of the 70s was several years behind the West, so this album, released in 1979, sounded like some mega-heavy rock from 1973-1974! Plenty of overdriven guitars, a heavy rhythm section, and catchy, very infectious compositions! I once came across the (somewhat exaggerated) opinion that it is... the best hard rock album of all time! In any case it is a very serious record (worth 400-500 euros as an original) that every fan of heavy playing should be interested in! 2022 Spanish edition. Highly recommended! -
