OSBOURNE, OZZY (see also: Black Sabbath) - OZZY OSBOURNE - Live At Irvine Meadows Amphitheater, CA, USA, June 1982 + Dortmund, December 1983 (2LP) - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
A limited, two-record, splendid black vinyl lasting 115 minutes, released (like all Verne Records double editions) in a very attractive, single sleeve and containing a radio-broadcast (excellent sound quality!), nearly 80-minute performance recorded in Irvine, California, in June 1982 in a line-up identical to the 2LP 'Speak Of The Devil'! As a bonus a very rare performance of the Sabbath song 'Fairies Wear Boots' from San Bernardino (that is from the popular 'US Festival 1983') has been added, and the fourth side of the record is filled with a 30-minute, stunning performance from Dortmund, Germany, from December 1983! At that time Ozzy was accompanied on stage by: Jake A. Lee, Bob Daisley, Don Airey and the legend of American rock: drummer Carmine Appice (ex-Vanilla Fudge)! An absolute must! Condition: MINT (new, unsealed). (JL) -

OUTSIDERS - OUTSIDERS - CQ - EU Music On Vinyl YELLOW VINYL Limited Pressprice: 160,00 PLN / 40,00 EUR
This third album by the Dutch band, released in 1968, in my humble opinion belongs to the very top of psychedelic rock, and is certainly one of the most outstanding achievements of its kind from continental Europe! The record is filled with thirteen very "British" tracks, probably closest to the style of the Pretty Things' "SF Sorrow", but you can also hear the influence of the Zombies from the period of the LP "Odessey And Oracle" and of the psychedelic Kinks! Of course there is no question of any cheap copying or duplicating of others' ideas! The Outsiders played entirely their own music, and certain similarities and comparisons are simply unavoidable. Either way this is a decidedly brilliant record, which will delight all fans of exquisite psychedelic rock from the late sixties! Truly nobody will be disappointed! A reissue on yellow vinyl, from 2025. -

OZ - OZ - Fire In The Brain +1 - EU Ethelion Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Classic, thrilling and superbly sounding (old) power metal from Finland (but recorded in Sweden) in the vein of heavy Judas Priest and Accept. One of the best metal releases of 1983! Plus, as a bonus, the superb track "Turn The Cross Upside Down" from the 12" single! The cover shows the hand, holding a skull, of the young Quorthon, soon to be the leader of Bathory! A MUST! Condition: NEW/MINT, unsealed. (JL) -
PAICE ASHTON LORD (see also: Deep Purple / Whitesnake) - PAICE ASHTON LORD - Malice In Wonderland +8 (2LP) - EU Ear Music Remastered Expanded Press - LISTENprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
The only studio album by a British supergroup, playing somewhat heavy rock with elements of the (jazz) prog rock of the time. A must for every Deep Purple fan! A remastered 2019 reissue, extended by eight tracks from the unreleased second album, in a gatefold sleeve. -
PANTA REI - PANTA REI - Panta Rei - EU Sun King Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A new, limited, vinyl reissue from Sun King. In my humble opinion, this album, released in 1973 (by EMI Harvest), is the best Swedish rock LP of the 70s! What a shame that this superb band recorded only one long-player! The whole thing was filled with heavy, exemplary progressive playing, played with ease... with a pinch of folk (that is, traditional music). Catchy melodies, excellent instrumental skill; plenty of guitars, occasionally flute and saxophone, a solid, somewhat broken rhythm, long tracks and zero musical filler! You simply must not pass up this title! The laminated, glossy sleeve looks almost identical to the Swedish original worth 500 euros! AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Condition: NEW, UNSEALED. (JL) -

Two coloured vinyls (side D containing no music) limited to 700 copies. (MU) -
PAPPO'S BLUES (see also: Invisible) - PAPPO’S BLUES – Pappo’s Blues 2 - Svart Records Edition - LISTENprice: 180,00 PLN / 45,00 EUR
The second album by this popular Argentinian trio is fairly widely considered the best achievement of its whole career, although in my opinion 'the third one' is even better. In any case, compared with the debut the band strengthened the guitar riffs a little more and presented a collection of almost archetypal heavy rock numbers in the vein of Hendrix, Black Sabbath and Budgie - still referencing the blues, but without overdoing it... An absolute must! -
PARZIVAL - PARZIVAL - Barock - GER Sireena 180g Press - LISTENprice: 115,00 PLN / 28,75 EUR
The second album by a German progressive folk-rock band. A 2011 German edition. -

PINK FAIRIES (see also: Deviants / Twink / Motorhead) - PINK FAIRIES - Neverneverland - UK Edition - LISTENprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
Pink Fairies were in a sense an extension of The Deviants' activity, and the attractively released debut album, recorded with Twink on drums, is an absolute classic of British rock! The centrepiece of this record was the 10-minute, improvised "Uncle Harry's Last Freak-Out" - a true, psychedelic, guitar orgy! Besides that the record contained rocking, solid, uncomplicated, pre-punk (in 1971!) playing on overdriven guitars - poured over with psychedelic sauce. Highly recommended! -
PINK FAIRIES (see also: Deviants / Twink / Motorhead) - PINK FAIRIES - What A Bunch Of Sweeties - UK Floating World Press - LISTENprice: 145,00 PLN / 36,25 EUR
A great second album by the band. 2023 British reissue. -
PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - BBC Live In Concert 1970-1971 - Paris Theatre, London, July 1970 / September 1971 (2LP) - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
ATTENTION! This is very similar material, but in my opinion even better than the legendary "LIVE IN POMPEII 1971"! This limited, superb double black vinyl released by Verne Records, lasting exactly 104 minutes and decorated with an exceptionally attractive sleeve, includes, among others, "Echoes", "Atom Heart Mother", a 15-minute "Fat Old Sun", the best 10-minute version of "Embryo" I know of and the only known live version of "If"! ! This is the BEST-SOUNDING and without a doubt the best-produced edition of the BBC radio LIVE material - ever released! The sound quality is as good as, and sometimes better than, the catalogue albums, and the vinyl pressing is perfect! This is a great treat for fans of old rock and Pink Floyd! AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Condition: MINT / NEW, unsealed. (JL) -
PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Flat Earth - BBC Live 1971 - EU Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 100,00 PLN / 25,00 EUR
An album containing four live tracks (and the final 6 minutes of "Echoes") recorded for the BBC in September 1971 in London - including Embryo and Blues, which did not fit on the double edition from the Verne label. All with John Peel's announcements. A must for fans! Condition: NEW, unsealed. -
PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Live At Old Refectory, Southampton University - Southampton May 9, 1969 - UK Press - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A vinyl containing a nearly 50-minute, complete recording of a short performance by the band in excellent form. The concert took place at the University of Southampton, on 9 May 1969, during the British tour on which the live material for the LP "Ummagumma" was also made. A must! (JL) -
PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Live In Oakland 1977 (2LP) - FRA Verne Limited Press - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
A double album containing the legendary performance from Oakland, from 9 May 1977 - without a doubt the best-sounding concert from the tour promoting "Animals". As with the previous tour ("Wish You Were Here" from 1975) nobody connected with Pink Floyd professionally recorded any concert at the time. And again several performances were recorded by some miracle 'unawares' from the audience, and the Oakland concert is simply exceptional! The musical content is also simply stunning! The whole of "Wish You Were Here" (greatly extended, including the second part of the "Shine On" suite lasting over 20 minutes!), the whole of "Animals" (also changed/extended compared with the studio version) + two excerpts from "Dark Side". So, as in the case of Los Angeles 1975 or Montreux 1970, the concert, recorded among the audience on 'almost' professional equipment, sounds better than the vast majority of official recordings from the mixing desk. Nothing better on the subject of rare Pink Floyd from 1977 simply exists. Plus nice artwork. A must for fans of good playing! (JL) -
