HENDRIX, JIMI - JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE - Electric Ladyland (2LP) - EU Legacy 180g Pressprice: 210,00 PLN / 52,50 EUR
A brilliant, third album, the last under the name Jimi Hendrix Experience. It contains, among others, the popular "All Along The Watchtower" by Bob Dylan and "Crosstown Traffic", the long, 15-minute "Voodoo Chile", the little-known but superb "House Burning Down" and above all the brilliant, ultra-psychedelic, 14-minute "1983... (A Merman I Should Turn To Be)", in my opinion probably the best (and certainly the most atmospheric) piece in the artist's career! A MUST! -

HOOK - HOOK - Hooked - EU Edition - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The second record by an American psychedelic band playing intense, somewhat heavy rock (sometimes with gentler interludes) - something like the early Amboy Dukes from the period of the LP "Journey..." with a pinch of Vanilla Fudge. A great album, which I highly recommend!! -
HOWLIN' WOLF - HOWLIN' WOLF - Howlin' Wolf Album - EU Take 5 Digipack Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
An album recorded by the American bluesman in 1968, accompanied by the group Rotary Connection, which also appeared on Muddy Waters's "Electric Mud" and "After The Rain". It contains many elements of psychedelic rock, which the artist very much disliked and which was used by the Chess label to create the cover. -

A very underrated debut album (overshadowed by "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida", released a few months later) by an American group drawing on the style of The Doors. The record is worth owning for the brilliant "Iron Butterfly Theme" alone, though there are plenty of other great tracks here, such as "Posession", "You Can't Win", "So-Lo" and "Get Out Of My Life Woman". 2025 reissue. IVEYS (see also: Badfinger) - IVEYS - Maybe Tomorrow - GER Digipack Edition - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The Iveys are none other than the later Badfinger under an earlier name! Their only album (a downright model of ambitious pop with psychedelic touches) was released by Apple - only in Germany, Italy and Japan. Today it is a serious rarity - because of the Beatles connections, but also because of the quality of the music. The last track - "I've Been Waiting" is a psychedelic classic! Highly recommended! -
IVORY - IVORY - Ivory - US Gear Fab Edition - LAST COPIES - LISTENprice: 100,00 PLN / 25,00 EUR
Very good, fairly dynamic, psychedelic playing (with female vocals in the style of Grace Slick) with organ and nicely overdriven guitars in the vein of Jefferson Airplane, Ill Wind and the American Genesis. The album was originally released by the Tetragrammaton label (known for the first three Purple albums). Recommended! (JL) -

On the third CD "Second Of July", a collection of demos from before the album, which appeared in the mid-nineties. The rest of the set consists of newer recordings, made after their reunion a few years ago: CD 4 is the interrupted album "Temporal Anomaly", which was recorded around 2010 but has only now received its first release, CD 5 is "Resurrection", released in a limited edition in 2013, and CD 6 contains "Wight Album", created over the last few years by Tom Newman and Peter Cook in a recording studio on the Isle of Wight. KAK (see also: Blue Cheer) - KAK - Kak-Ola +11 - UK Big Beat Expanded Edition - LISTENprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
The only, but almost perfect, album by an American psychedelic formation with vocalist Gary Yoder (later in Blue Cheer). Released in 1968 by Epic Records, the spaciously produced Kak album (Kak-Ola is the title of the CD) contains, among others, the brilliant, 8-minute "Trieulogy" (with a manic, extended wah-wah guitar solo) - one of the best tracks in the history of American psychedelia; besides that the mystical, acid-folk-rock, 6-minute "Lemonade Kid"; several heavier, guitar-driven numbers in the style of a heavier Moby Grape and one track each from the realm of blues and country rock. Enriched with an attractive booklet, British edition by Big Beat. Highly recommended! (JL) -
KLUBS (see also: Strife) - KLUBS - Midnight Love Cycle (1967-69) - UK Wooden Hill - LISTENprice: 90,00 PLN / 22,50 EUR
The British magazine Record Collector (once the collectors' Bible) classed the vinyl version of this CD as a 1999 REISSUE OF THE YEAR! The Klubs played heavyish, psychedelic rock in the style of Skip Bifferty and the Pretty Things. The CD version contains mainly material from 1968 (and one track each from 1967 and 1969) and as a bonus 3 tracks from 1972 (including one by Strife) and 5 from a concert in 2000. In 1972 the guitarist founded the aforementioned heavy rock band Strife. Sizeable booklet! Recommended! -
KOOBAS (see also: Van der Graaf Generator) - KOOBAS - Koobas +5 - UK BGO Expanded Edition - LISTENprice: 75,00 PLN / 18,75 EUR
A legend of British psychedelic rock, whose only album on vinyl fetches staggering prices (even up to 4000 euros). Recorded back in 1968 and originally released in January 1969 by EMI Columbia, the material contained a mixture of the style of freakbeat, psychedelia and early prog-rock, that is, Beatles, Cream, July and The Moody Blues. A typical English record combining different sounds... Among the extras are single recordings - including the superb "First Cut Is The Deepest" (known, among others, from the "Nuggets Vol. 2" box set). Highly recommended! -
LE ORME - ORME - Ad Gloriam - ITA Card Sleeve Edition - LISTENprice: 75,00 PLN / 18,75 EUR
The debut album by the later heroes of art rock. The record resembles The Beatles of the "Sgt. Pepper" period. I like this record very much and recommend it to all lovers of the second half of the 60s. A 2014 Italian edition, in a gatefold sleeve. (JL) -
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At Gonzaga University 30th December 1968 - EU Open Mind LIMITED Press - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
The earliest Led Zeppelin show recorded on tape! Recorded live on 30 December 1968 at Gonzaga University in Spokane in the USA - for the first time on a vinyl record! A black vinyl limited to a mere 300 copies, released in a beautiful gatefold, laminated sleeve (with the front showing the band at London's Marquee in October 1968) with nice, very rare photos of the band and little items concerning the first American tour, for example a photo of original autographs from December 1968. It is the full 58-minute version with recently remastered sound - better than the old YouTube version - link below. Of course it is not ideal, as distortion in the loud moments can be heard. On the other hand... it is the only known Zeps show from 1968! A must for fans! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped.
