KOOBAS - Koobas +5 - UK BGO Expanded Edition - LISTEN

A legend of British psychedelic rock, whose only album on vinyl fetches staggering prices (even up to 4000 euros). Recorded back in 1968 and originally released in January 1969 by EMI Columbia, the material contained a mixture of the style of freakbeat, psychedelia and early prog-rock, that is, Beatles, Cream, July and The Moody Blues. A typical English record combining different sounds... Among the extras are single recordings - including the superb "First Cut Is The Deepest" (known, among others, from the "Nuggets Vol. 2" box set). Highly recommended!
