IRON MAIDEN - IRON MAIDEN - Live In New York 1982 - SPA Top Gear Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
This is live material, well known among fans, recorded in June 1982, during the tour promoting the LP "Number Of The Beast". The concert was broadcast on the radio and released in a minimal run on a promotional, two-disc vinyl worth hundreds of dollars today. This Spanish, limited CD contains the full, 63-minute broadcast in unusually clean sound quality and with professional links between the tracks. The band was in excellent form, and on drums played the sorely missed Clive Burr, who himself gave Maiden an additional 20-30% of excellence. In addition two tracks ("Sanctuary" and "Drifter") recorded in 1980 at the London club Marquee and released only on the rare Japanese maxi "Live + One" (together with the well-known "Phantom Of The Opera") are included. As far as I know, these two tracks have never come out on an official CD! So this is absolutely classic Maiden from the best period and in better quality than the catalogue "Live After Death" (two years later)! The CD has been adorned with nice photos taken mainly from the rare, official concert programme. A must! -

This live material, extremely well known among fans, was recorded in New York in June 1982 during the tour promoting the LP "Number Of The Beast". The concert was broadcast on the radio and released in a minimal run on a promotional double vinyl worth hundreds of dollars today. This edition contains the full version in even slightly better, very dynamic, clean sound quality and with professional joins between tracks. The band was on excellent form, and the drummer was still the sorely missed Clive Burr, who by himself gave the band an extra 20-30% of excellence! So this is absolutely classic Maiden from the best period and in my opinion much better than the catalogue "Live After Death" (three years later). An absolute must for all fans of heavy music! (JL) -

Released in a beautiful, gatefold, laminated sleeve (inside which is a nice, large photo from the concert), a DOUBLE, LIMITED TO 500 COPIES, 120-minute European vinyl, containing a brilliant-sounding (radio broadcast), complete, 90-minute show from December 1982, recorded during the tour promoting "Screaming For Vengeance" and known (in a different, worse mix with distant guitars) from, among others, the VHS/DVD "Live Vengeance". The whole concert (after subtracting the looong applause and waiting for the encores) fits on three sides. On the fourth side are six superb recordings (none repeated from Memphis) from a radio broadcast from Chicago, from summer 1981, from the "Point Of Entry" tour. This record will genuinely kill every fan of the band with its sound quality (it is better than on the official "Priest... Live" and "Unleashed In The East") and the power of the music! The black vinyl records are perfectly pressed! A must! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -

MANILLA ROAD - MANILLA ROAD - Metal / Invasion (2CD) - GER Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A classic of American metal, or rather of late heavy rock! The first two, legendary albums, once released by the band's own label Roadster. Strictly speaking it is not metal yet, but hard-rock, slightly epic playing with psychedelic and at times heavily twisted guitar (a bit like Hawkwind, a bit like Hendrix) and with clearly perceptible elements of progressive rock. It is not easy and catchy music, though in time it is hard to tear yourself away from it! All the band's albums up to 1988 are excellent! A German, remastered 2014 edition. Highly recommended! -
MANOWAR - MANOWAR - Battle Hymns - EMI Editionprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR

MARILLION - MARILLION - Early Sessions 1981-1982 (BBC Friday Rock Show + The Roxon Tape + Manchester Square Demo) - FRA Verne Limited Press - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A superb, limited, 54-minute black vinyl from Verne, collecting classic material by the progressive Brits (combining here the style of early Genesis, Camel and mid-period Pink Floyd), made between July 1981 and July 1982, that is over the course of the year before signing the contract with EMI Records. Three tracks from an excellent BBC session (with the best, sharpest version of "Forgotten Sons"), two tracks from a demo session for EMI, three tracks recorded in the studio in 1981 (and sold at concerts) and a live track unreleased on any album, "Institution Waltz". Decorated with an attractive sleeve by Mark Wilkinson, the whole thing sounds excellent, professional and is an excellent complement to the band's first two albums! A must! CONDITION: NEW, UNSEALED.
