MANILLA ROAD - Metal / Invasion (2CD) - GER Remastered Edition - LISTEN

A classic of American metal, or rather of late heavy rock! The first two, legendary albums, once released by the band's own label Roadster. Strictly speaking it is not metal yet, but hard-rock, slightly epic playing with psychedelic and at times heavily twisted guitar (a bit like Hawkwind, a bit like Hendrix) and with clearly perceptible elements of progressive rock. It is not easy and catchy music, though in time it is hard to tear yourself away from it! All the band's albums up to 1988 are excellent! A German, remastered 2014 edition. Highly recommended!
