MERCYFUL FATE - MERCYFUL FATE - Live In Copenhagen 1982 - FRA Verne Limited Press - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A limited live album (on black vinyl), released in a run of 500 copies, containing the band's 52-minute early concert, recorded professionally (a so-called soundboard recording) by the group in March 1982 - a full eight months before the release of the debut EP. This was already classic Mercyful Fate (something like a combination of early Black Sabbath with Judas Priest) in the line-up of the first two albums, though some of the recordings had early, unknown arrangements, and King Diamond did not always 'deliver' vocally... A fascinating moment in the history of metal! The laminated, very attractive cover contains several rare, nice photographs of the band, then completely unknown outside Denmark! This is probably the only concert of classic Mercyful Fate recorded in great quality! An absolute must! Condition: NEW, unsealed. (JL) -

This was already classic Mercyful Fate (a combination of early Black Sabbath with Judas Priest), in the line-up from the first two albums, though some of the recordings had early, unknown arrangements. A fascinating moment in the history of metal! The attractive cover contains several rare, nice photos of a band that was then completely unknown outside Denmark! MOTORHEAD (Motörhead) - MOTORHEAD - Over The Top - The Singles 1977-1982 - FRA Verne Limited Press - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
For the first time on LP! An excellent compilation lasting over 50 minutes, collecting sixteen rare and, most importantly, SINGLE recordings not released on catalogue albums, from 1977-1982, recorded (up to the release of the LP "Iron Fist") by the classic/best line-up of Motorhead: Lemmy / 'Fast' Eddie Clarke / Phil 'Philty' Taylor! Most importantly, the album contains two tracks from the ultra-rare debut single "Leaving Here/White Line Fever", worth 150 euros - released by the Skydog label in early 1977, only in France and Sweden! Neither version has ever appeared among the bonus tracks on any compilations or reissues of the debut LP! Graphically the record looks very attractive, and the sound is very good! This is a perfect complement to the band's classic early discography! A MUST! New, unsealed. (JL) -
MOTORHEAD (Motörhead) - MOTÖRHEAD - Iron Fist – 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition (3LP) - Sanctuary Records / BMG Pressprice: 280,00 PLN / 70,00 EUR
A wonderfully released, luxurious, three-record edition of the album, in a book-pack type package, of the excellent fifth studio album (not counting the LP On Parole) - the last recorded with guitarist Eddie Clarke in the line-up, in a new mastering, prepared from the original tapes, using the latest mastering techniques. Additionally, as many as two vinyls with unreleased live (from 1982) material! A very thick, gatefold sleeve . An absolute must! Condition: NEW - sealed. -
MOTORHEAD (Motörhead) - MOTORHEAD - Live In Glasgow 1982 - SPA Top Gear Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
LIMITED TO 500 COPIES, a Spanish, 80-minute CD containing a great and very good-sounding 65-minute show from the tour promoting the LP "Iron Fist" - recorded just before Eddie Clarke's departure. It is a very good, improved copy of a radio broadcast, so despite certain imperfections the sound is very nice, and the concert itself - exquisite! In addition, five superb recordings from March 1981 have been included (from the short tour from which the LP "No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith" later came) - including four versions that never appeared on CD, only on the vinyl EP included with the four-disc vinyl box set "The Best Of" from 2000! A must! (JL) -

A remastered Hungarian 2022 edition. Made in 1982, the band's eleventh studio album came about in a period when the band's classic progressive sound was replaced by modern production and elements characteristic of ambitious new wave/rock of the early eighties, especially the dehumanised style of The Stranglers. A remastered edition with 4 bonus tracks (three archival live recordings and one rare single). -
OSBOURNE, OZZY (see also: Black Sabbath) - OZZY OSBOURNE - Live At Irvine Meadows Amphitheater, CA, USA, June 1982 + Dortmund, December 1983 (2LP) - FRA Verne Limited Press - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
A limited, two-record, splendid black vinyl lasting 115 minutes, released (like all Verne Records double editions) in a very attractive, single sleeve and containing a radio-broadcast (excellent sound quality!), nearly 80-minute performance recorded in Irvine, California, in June 1982 in a line-up identical to the 2LP 'Speak Of The Devil'! As a bonus a very rare performance of the Sabbath song 'Fairies Wear Boots' from San Bernardino (that is from the popular 'US Festival 1983') has been added, and the fourth side of the record is filled with a 30-minute, stunning performance from Dortmund, Germany, from December 1983! At that time Ozzy was accompanied on stage by: Jake A. Lee, Bob Daisley, Don Airey and the legend of American rock: drummer Carmine Appice (ex-Vanilla Fudge)! An absolute must! RIOT - RIOT - Restless Breed + Riot Live EP - EU Metal Blade 2016 Card Sleeve Editionprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
The fourth catalogue album and the mini LP (six tracks) "Riot Live" (1982), made only in the States in a small run - on one CD. The great "Restless Breed" (with the very convincing vocalist Rhett Forrester - sadly murdered in his car during a robbery a few years later...) was kept in a somewhat more hard rock vein (than, for example, the earlier LP "Fire Down Under"), although it too is bound to please all fans of classic metal! NOTE! The mini LP is completely different from the CD "Live" (containing recordings from 1980), released in an identical (to the LP) black-and-red sleeve. Recommended! (JL) -
RODS (see also: Elf) - RODS - Wild Dogs +4 - UK Lemon Remastered Expanded Editionprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The second album by the American band with guitarist David Feinstein (ex-Elf). It was much heavier and at the same time better material than the debut, though still rooted in the 70s. I remember well that in 1982 it was one of the more respected metal records among metalheads of the time. In addition, four tracks. Remastered, British CD. Highly recommended! (JL) -
