This superb double vinyl, limited to 500 copies and lasting nearly two hours, contains, among others, a 50-minute recording of the concert the band gave in August 1969 at a festival in Boston (with Litherland in the line-up - a month before the release of the second album), including a brilliant, 23-minute, heavily extended version of "Valentine Suite". In addition, three tracks from a never-released BBC radio session from 1969 and 40 minutes of recordings from the 1971 "Colosseum Live" tour not previously released on vinyl. The sound quality is excellent, as is the pressing. A must! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -

The album contains unreleased tracks (including "In The Heat Of The Night" and "Tell Me Now" from the period of the first record), radio sessions for the BBC and Beat-Club, a live version of "Valentyne Suite" that did not make it onto the 1971 CD "Live", and many other wonders. In all, nearly two hours of sensational playing in a very nice, gatefold (with plenty of rare, early photos), laminated sleeve! Edition no longer in production. A must! -
