Black students protesting against racial discrimination are joined by white ones. They demand equal rights and the provision of jobs. During a demonstration a policeman is killed. A witness to the events is Mark, who flees the city in a stolen light aircraft, thereby casting suspicion on himself of taking part in the shooting in which the policeman died. In the Arizona desert he meets the hippie Daria. A 1970 film by Michelangelo Antonioni, known mainly for the fact that the band Pink Floyd were co-creators of the soundtrack. -

It was founded by Martin Clarke, who lived in Perth and worked at a local radio station, and who turned a bedroom into a makeshift recording studio. This modest venture turned into Martin Clarke Recording Studios, which opened in 1962 and became the first professional recording facility in Perth. Between 1965 and 1974 Clarion released approx. 120 singles and 20 albums, including The Valentines with Bon Scott in the line-up. -
