XENTRIX - XENTRIX - Kin +4 - UK Dissonance Remastered Expanded Digipack Edition - LISTENprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR

XENTRIX - XENTRIX - For Whose Advantage? +6 - UK Dissonance Remastered Expanded Digipack Edition - LISTENprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
A remastered edition of the second album by the British thrash metallers playing in the style of Metallica and Annihilator, who, alongside Acid Reign, Onslaught and Sabbat, are counted among the "big four" of UK thrash. The tracks are more progressive and technical than on the debut, and the production adds even more power to them! At the end we have a cover of Gillan's "Running White Faced City Boy". Plus six tracks from the EP "Dilute To Taste", released in 1991, including a live version of "Ghostbusters", a cover of Ray Parker Jr (from the film of the same title). A MUST! (MU) -

XHOL CARAVAN (see also: Xhol / Embryo) - XHOL CARAVAN - Electrip +5 - EU Prog Gems Limited Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 55,00 PLN / 13,75 EUR
A new, limited, greatly expanded European edition of one of the earliest (alongside Phallus Dei by Amon Duul II) underground albums released in 1969 in Germany. The record, made by the Hansa label and dominated by long compositions of a rather dark character, was dominated by very lively, strongly psychedelic, improvised, jazzy, slightly Zappa-like, not devoid of ethnic influences, but kept 'in check', progressive music with dominant parts for saxophone, organ and guitars. In 1970 the band shortened its name to Xhol and recorded two very nice, but probably no longer so exciting, albums. To the contents of the original LP have been added 2 tracks from a rare single from 1969 and three excellent tracks, lasting 35 minutes together, recorded in 1970 for the legendary programme Beat-Club! AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Condition: NEW, sealed. -

YANAGIDA, HIRO (see also: Food Brain / Apryl Fool) - HIRO YANAGIDA - Hiro Yanagida (2nd Album) - EU Prog Gems Limited Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 55,00 PLN / 13,75 EUR
Japanese rock of the early 70s is one of the most interesting things I have heard, and Hiro Yanagida was probably the most important and most creative figure of that scene! Known from projects such as Apryl Fool, Foodbrain, Love Live Life + One and Shinki Chen And His Friends, the artist created very original, at times slightly crazy music inspired by works of classical music, the avant-garde, and above all British psychedelic/progressive rock. Like the debut LP "Milk Time", released in 1970, the album "Hiro Yanagida" (sometimes called "Nanasai No Rohjin Tengoku"), made in 1971, is genuinely very varied music (from heavy, thrilling rock all the way to classical-leaning miniatures) based as a rule on the sound of the Hammond organ and heavy, at times strongly overdriven guitar (the excellent Kimio Mizutani - I recommend his solo LP from 1971). This largely instrumental album is simply thrilling, although it goes down even better after several listens! Lovers of the first album will also be delighted with this album! A must! Condition: New, sealed. (JL) -

YANAGIDA, HIRO (see also: Food Brain / Apryl Fool) - HIRO YANAGIDA - Milk Time - EU Prog Gems Limited Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 55,00 PLN / 13,75 EUR
This is one of literally a few best rock records made in Japan in the early 70s! The debut of this Japanese keyboardist, released at the end of 1970 (recorded with, among others, members of Speed Glue & Shinki and Flied Egg), is genuinely very varied music (from heavy, thrilling rock to early fusion to classical-leaning, delicate miniatures) based as a rule on the sound of the Hammond organ, the virtuoso, melodic, yet warm sound of the violin and the heavy, at times strongly overdriven guitar of the excellent Kimio Mizutani (playing a little in the style of Can's guitarist), but there is also the sound of violin and even harpsichord. This entirely instrumental album (worth 1000-1200 dollars in the ultra-rare original on the Liberty label) is simply thrilling, although it goes down even better after several listens! And that splendid sleeve (with a copy of the original insert reproduced inside a gatefold booklet)... Great, clear sound - slightly better than on earlier editions! A must! Condition: New, sealed. YU GRUPA - YU GRUPA - YU Grupa (1st Album) +9 - AUT Enigmatic Remastered & Expanded - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Austrian, remastered, nearly 80-minute edition (in the superb, original cover!) of the excellent debut, released by Jugoton in 1973, by a Yugoslav formation once compared to Black Sabbath, though in truth (and despite the glam image...) closer to the style of Wishbone Ash and Led Zeppelin. Excellent, guitar-driven, rock playing as a trio - with catchy melodies (sometimes brushing against the local folk - super!), a rich, spacious sound and a very good, unpretentious vocal. A little earlier the British branch of CBS had been interested in the band (the group even appeared at the famous London club Marquee!), but in the end the session never took place, though the band bought itself good equipment - which is, by the way, perfectly audible on the record! In addition 8 rare tracks from the first 4 (excellent) singles are included, as well as a live track from the double compilation album 'Boom Pop Fest '73'. A MUST! -
