Attention! This is one of the best records in this shop and at the same time the quintessence of late 60s music!!! A mind-blowing combination of psychedelic style in the vein of the early Beatles from the "Abbey Road" period and very early Traffic, with the early progressive style of Procol Harum and the debut of Family. The original 47-minute album was filled with seemingly short but very substantial, richly arranged 3-4 minute tracks full of changing moods. The original vinyl (once released by CBS) in perfect condition is worth over 1500 euros! This is a much cheaper and at the same time very tasteful edition in a laminated sleeve, with 2 TRACKS FROM SINGLES added at the end of each side! The quality of the pressing on black vinyl and of the sound is excellent! A must! (JL) -

Something in the style of Fleetwod Mac (from the period of the LP "Then Play On"), T2 and Black Cat Bones, with vocals in the style of Joe Cocker. Two long tracks stand out in particular, taking up almost half of the record between them. Guitarist Bob Weston had previously played in Black Cat Bones, and later in Fleetwood Mac. -

The 1998 two-disc edition of "Into the Electric Castle" by Ayreon is a concept album built around an elaborate science fiction and fantasy storyline, with numerous vocalists playing different characters. The music combines elements of progressive rock and metal with folk, electronic and symphonic influences. The compositions take the form of extended suites, with frequent changes of mood and rich arrangements in which guitars appear alongside keyboards, synthesisers and acoustic passages. Ayreon is an important release for fans of progressive metal and concept albums. Only one copy! New, sealed. -

A 53-minute documentary shot in 1971 during Baker's journey through Africa. The drummer built his own studio in Lagos, Nigeria, which was later used by, among others, Paul McCartney with Wings. In the film Baker plays with local musicians, including the legendary Fela Kuti. The DVD is now out of print. -
