This is an ambitious, conceptual album from 1979, combining jazz with elements of classical and progressive music. Neil Ardley creates expansive, spacious compositions inspired by science and cosmology – you can hear both jazz improvisation and carefully written orchestral parts, as well as synthesizers. The music brings to mind Soft Machine and Mike Oldfield. 2008 reissue. Only one copy! New, sealed.
