An anniversary, remastered reissue of the tenth studio, heavily controversial album, recorded with a considerable (for Judas Priest) amount of keyboards... Once this record seemed much weaker than the band's previous offerings, though today it is almost a classic. (JL) -

JUICY LUCY (see also: (Misunderstood / Whitesnake) - JUICY LUCY - Juicy Lucy - EU Music On Vinyl YELLOW VINYL Limited Press - LISTENprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
An excellent debut album by this ultimately underrated British band. Juicy Lucy played a hard-to-define combination of heavy rock, blues and jazz - with great, almost manic slide guitar parts by Glenn Campbell (known from Misunderstood), vocals by Ray Owen (who later founded his own power trio with the drummer from Andromeda) and saxophone by Chris Mercer (ex-Bluesbreakers). The band also included, among others, the bassist from the Van Der Graaf Generator debut. Numbered edition limited to 750 copies on yellow vinyl, in a gatefold sleeve. Highly recommended! -
JULIAN'S TREATMENT (see also: Julian Jay Savarin) - JULIAN'S TREATMENT - A Time Before This - ITA Bonfire Limited 180g Pressprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
A reissue limited to 500 copies of the only, but double, album by an excellent British band playing a strongly psychedelic variety of progressive rock, with a dominant organ sound and female vocals - not far from early Procol Harum and Rare Bird! The shorter fragments formed a long suite. Three years later another great LP appeared, titled "Waiters On A Dance", released under the banner of Julian J. Savarin. An absolute must! (JL) -
JUNIP (see also: Jose Gonzalez) - JUNIP - Fields (2LP) - GER City Slang 1st Press - LISTENprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
The debut album by a Swedish band combining folk with psychedelic rock. -
KALEVALA - KALEVALA - People No Names - 50th Anniversary Edition - FIN Svart Remastered Limited Pressprice: 180,00 PLN / 45,00 EUR
The first, superb, decidedly progressive album by a Finnish band, based on heavy guitar riffs, a slightly bluesy mood and strong vocals. Something in the vein of Culpeper's Orchard and Wishbone Ash. You listen to this in one breath! For me this record is top ten (or perhaps even top five...) of Scandinavian rock! Limited, remastered anniversary edition. A must! (JL) -

KISS - KISS - Alive! In Detroit, January 1976 (2LP) - FRA Verne RED VINYL Limited Press - VERY RAREprice: 180,00 PLN / 45,00 EUR
Limited to 500 copies, released on red vinyl in a superb, laminated sleeve, a great, over 100-minute, fan-club double album by Kiss recorded during the tour promoting... the bestselling double "Alive!". The first three sides are filled by a great-sounding (though, as with Kiss, somewhat raw) performance from Detroit on 26 January, while the last part of the record contains several mixed versions that did not make it onto "Alive!". This remastered edition sounds almost perfect! A must for every fan of heavy rock! New, unsealed. (JL) -
KISS - KISS - Alive! In Tokyo, April 1977 - FRA Verne RED VINYL Limited Press - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released in a superb, laminated sleeve, an excellent, 52-minute concert by the band recorded at the Budokan hall in Tokyo, in April 1977, on the tour promoting the LP "Rock And Roll Over", during which excerpts for the LP "Alive II" were recorded. The tracks "I Want You" and "Beth" (omitted here, of course) came, among others, from this performance. The sound quality is almost perfect (better than on YouTube), as it was recorded by the band's crew! A must! Condition: NEW, unsealed, red vinyl. (JL) -
KISS - KISS - Alive! In Amityville, June 1973 (Remastered) - FRA Verne BLUE VINYL Limited Press - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released on blue vinyl, in a very attractive, laminated sleeve, a very good, 52-minute concert, legendary among fans of this then completely unknown band, recorded on 16 June 1973 in Amityville - a full eight months before the release of the debut long-player! The album contains several early recordings not released on any record (the 7-8-minute "Acrobat", "Life In The Woods" and "Simple Type"). The quality of this 'audience recording' is great and much better than the previous versions (with 'drifting' sound on several tracks) - known even from YouTube! I repeat: the sound of this LP beats the earlier versions and the links from the internet should be treated only as a 'sample'! Condition: MINT (NEW, unsealed). (JL) -
KISS - KISS - Alive! In East Lansing, October 1974 - FRA Verne BLUE VINYL Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A great, over 50-minute Kiss concert (11 tracks), released in a very attractive, laminated sleeve, recorded in October 1974 during the tour promoting the LP "Hotter Than Hell"! Attention! For the first time this material sounds right - with a corrected (faster) tape speed! All the earlier versions on vinyl and CD sounded decidedly too slow - which can be heard perfectly on the YouTube versions! This remastered and decidedly better edition has far more treble and sounds almost perfect! Edition on blue vinyl. Condition: MINT (NEW, unsealed). (JL) -

KISS - KISS - Alive! In Winterland, January 1975 - FRA Verne RED VINYL Limited Press - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released on red vinyl, in a very attractive, laminated sleeve, a superb, 52-minute concert by the band recorded in January 1975 at the Winterland hall in San Francisco, on the tour promoting their second LP "Hotter Than Hell", during which the legendary "Alive!" was also recorded. The sound quality is almost perfect, as the whole thing was recorded by the famous promoter Bill Graham (who owned the Winterland hall). Classic hard rock was rarely better than in the performance of Kiss in 1975! A must! Condition: NEW, unsealed. (JL) -
KISS - KISS - Early Studio Demos (March-October) 1973 - FRA Verne BLUE VINYL Limited Pressprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Released on blue vinyl, in a very attractive, laminated sleeve, a superb, 50-minute album containing two superb demos by the band, professionally recorded in 1973 (in March, and then in October), among others by Eddie Kramer at the Electric Lady studios in New York, which led to the band signing a contract with Warner Bros and Casablanca. The sound quality is perfect (the vinyl is pressed excellently and loud), and the then amateur band sounded better in the studio, more dynamic than on the first three albums! Classic hard rock was rarely better than in the performance of Kiss! In addition, two little-known recordings ("Acrobat" and "Life In The Woods") from a rehearsal before the June concert in Amityville are included (see: another vinyl from Verne)! Condition: MINT (NEW, unsealed). (JL)
