MOXY (see also: Tommy Bolin) - MOXY - Moxy - CAN Unidisc Card Sleeve Edition - LISTENprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
A Canadian band playing initially fantastic, very heavy rock based on Sabbath-style riffs, with an admixture of Purple. The first album is real firepower in the vein of Truth And Janey and the first two (very underrated) albums by Yesterday And Today... Tommy Bolin guested on the record (as on the 'second'). Edition in a gatefold cardboard sleeve. -

A very rare, first and only Japanese edition of a British (practically unknown in Poland) hard rock classic from 1975 - complete (with the strip and two inserts) and in perfect condition. The dark, easily marked, rigid sleeve has no scuffs at all! Great, though not immediately catchy playing, something like heavy, early Queen and Sweet, with a touch of Bowie! Almost perfect condition! ANALOGUE SOUND! The first Scandinavian edition (from 1975) of the band's fantastic sixth album, containing, among others, "Guilty" and the epic "Please Don't Judas Me" - popularised in concert by Metallica! OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA - Hall Of Floaters In The Sky (German 4th Album) - AUT Enigmatic Remastered Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Remastered edition of the fourth European album, released in its day (1975) by West German Bellaphon, as well as by British Decca! No Eastern Bloc band could boast a comparable achievement! The English-language record, adorned with an attractive cover, contained tracks known (in other versions) from the earlier three Hungarian albums and, as is usual for Omega, impressed with a powerful, juicily produced ('wall of sound') dose of progressive rock with heavier elements. On the other hand, you could hear that the group was increasingly heading towards more intricate regions of symphonic rock. It is just a pity that no bonus tracks were added to the CD. Highly recommended! -
OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA - Hall Of Floaters In The Sky (German 4th Album) - GER MIG Press - LISTENprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A German 2022 edition. The fourth European album, released at the time (1975) by the West German Bellaphon, as well as by the British Decca! No Eastern Bloc band could boast a similar result! Adorned with an attractive sleeve, the English-language record contained tracks known (in other versions) from the earlier three Hungarian albums and, as usual for Omega, impressed with a mighty, juicily produced ('wall of sound') dose of progressive rock with heavier elements. On the other hand it could be heard that the band was increasingly heading towards the more intricate regions of symphonic rock. Highly recommended! (JL) -

OMEGA (HUN) (see also: Locomotiv GT / Neoton) - OMEGA - Live In Germany 1975 - ITA Eastern Time - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Brand new Italian CD containing a recording of a superb, 70-minute performance that the band gave in May 1975 in one of the West German cities. Excellent sound quality (probably better than on the catalogue "Elo Omega" and "Kisstadion '79") and slightly better than files available here and there on the internet. The band summed up its early period in a worthy manner, performing several of its best compositions, such as 'Dziewczyna o perłowych włosach' (in Hungarian) or 'Magiczny, biały kamień'! A MUST! -

Remastered, British edition of the great debut album by an American, progressive formation combining elements of Genesis and Camel of the time and (vocally) Rush. -
PHOENIX (ROM) - PHOENIX - Cantofabule - US Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
A superb, third (and last in their career) album by a Romanian folk-progressive band - probably the best (alongside the Hungarian Omega), and certainly the most original in the Eastern Bloc! Digipak. A MUST! (JL) -
PHOENIX (ROM) - PHOENIX - Cantofabule (2LP) - EU Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
Released in 1975 on double vinyl, the superb third album by a Romanian folk-progressive formation - probably the best (alongside the Hungarian Omega), and certainly the most original, formation in the Eastern Bloc! Many consider this title the band's greatest, most progressive achievement. It is hard to argue with that, though the driving and very melodic debut is easier to absorb. Certainly the third album requires the most attention, but satisfaction is guaranteed! It is also worth stressing that these musicians took their art very seriously. Stifled by communist censorship, in 1977 they all escaped by lorry to Germany - hidden in Marshall amplifiers! In Romania that was punishable by death! It is just a pity that the matter did not end with a happy ending, as the original line-up never recorded anything again... The gatefold sleeve (in the original almost entirely white inside) has been enriched with two photos. The limited, black vinyls, meanwhile, sound excellent! A MUST! -
PIERSALIS (see also: Gruppo 2001) - PIERSALIS - Plancton - ITA Remastered Card Sleeve Editionprice: 75,00 PLN / 18,75 EUR
Released in 1975, the album is an excellent example of 70s Italian pop, with influences of French song and music. Its style is a combination of lyrical, emotional singing and melodies of a French character, but with Italian temperament and delicacy. 'Plancton' is a classic pop album, but with distinct elements of chanson, that is French artistic song, known for poetic lyrics and often sad, nostalgic tones. The sound of this album is mainly delicate, acoustic arrangements with dominant string instruments and piano, which subtly underline the vocals of Piero Salis. It is music full of feeling, often melancholic, but also very elegant and refined. -
PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Live In Los Angeles 1975 (2CD) - EU Supernaut Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
A rare, limited, double CD containing the legendary show, lasting over 140 minutes, from 26 April 1975 - without doubt the best-sounding concert of the tour promoting 'Wish You Were Here'. Strangely, the band (or the label), then at the peak of its popularity, did not professionally record any concert in 1975, just as no radio station broadcast the band's shows. Fortunately the concert, recorded among the audience ('audience recording') on professional equipment, sounds better than the vast majority of mixing desk recordings. A similar situation to the brilliant Montreux 1970 and also Oakland 1977... The sound quality is simply superb and listening to this record is a huge pleasure! Nothing better from Floyd in 1975 will ever appear on the market! In addition, nice artwork. The CD sounds about 10% better than the YouTube material attached. A must for fans of the band! -

PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Live In Los Angeles 1975 (2LP) - FRA Verne Records Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
An excellent, limited double album containing the legendary two-hour performance from 26 April 1975 - without a doubt the best-sounding concert from the tour promoting the LP "Wish You Were Here". Oddly enough, the band, then at the peak of its popularity, did not professionally record any concert in 1975, just as no radio broadcast the band's performances. Fortunately recorded among the audience ('audience recording'), on professional equipment, the concert sounds better than the vast majority of recordings from the mixing desk. A similar situation to the brilliant "Montreux 1970", and also "Oakland 1977"... The sound quality is simply superb and listening to this record is simply a huge pleasure! PINK FLOYD - PINK FLOYD - Live In New York, June 1975 (2CD) - EU Sweet Leaf Limited Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
A rare, limited two-disc CD containing an excellent 138-minute performance of 17 June 1975 - alongside the Los Angeles performance of April 1975, without doubt the best-sounding concert from the tour promoting "Wish You Were Here". Strangely, the band, then at the peak of its popularity (nor the label), did not professionally record a single concert in 1975, just as no radio station broadcast the band's performances. Fortunately, recorded among the audience (an 'audience recording') on professional equipment, the concert sounds better than the vast majority of mixing-desk recordings. Considering the circumstances of its creation, the sound quality is really great and listening to this record is simply an enormous pleasure! Probably nothing better from Floyd in 1975 will ever appear on the market! Additionally nice artwork. The CD sounds some 10% better than the attached YouTube material. A must for fans of the band!
