A four-disc set containing three CDs with material from the Jeff Beck era, while the fourth documents the period when Jimmy Page replaced him. Over the last 25 years several editions of Yardbirds BBC material have appeared, but 30 of the tracks included here have not been heard since they were broadcast, and almost all the rest are marked either by a huge improvement in quality, or at least sound better compared with previous releases.
