PRETTY THINGS - Emotions +7 - UK Madfish Expanded Digipack Edition - LISTEN

"A difficult third album". The least successful of them all - as if the band did not know which direction to follow - to play ambitious, at times even orchestrated pop (as the label demanded), or to follow psychedelia... All in all it is not bad to listen to (it is still The Pretties, after all!). Several recordings are absolutely first-rate, although the next one in the discography - "S.F. Sorrow" - was a completely different kettle of fish! An edition in a digipak, from 2019, extended by seven recordings.
