ATOMIC ROOSTER - Before Tomorrow - Radio Sessions 1970-1971 - UK Far Out Limited Press - VERY RARE

Limited to 500 copies, a beautifully produced (gatefold, laminated sleeve with superb photos of the band) 54-minute British black vinyl, containing radio recordings by one of the best British heavy rock bands of the early 70s. The first side has five recordings of excellent quality, recorded for BBC radio in 1970-1971 (including two tracks with the line-up of Carl Palmer and John Cann), and four tracks recorded live in the studio at the same time for TV Bremen - also with perfect sound. Note! The BBC recordings sound right for the first time, as it turned out that the earlier versions (released, among others, on the Hux label's CD "Devil's Answer" and as bonus tracks on the reissues of the first two CDs from Sanctuary) sounded far too slow (a few of them can be found on YouTube for comparison) - so slow that they were impossible to listen to! Now all of the first five compositions sound excellent! From start to finish it is a wonderful record - as good as (if not better than) the classic "Death Walks Behind You"! A must!
