ATOMIC ROOSTER (see also: Andromeda / Colosseum) - ATOMIC ROOSTER - Before Tomorrow - Radio Sessions 1970-1971 - UK Far Out Limited Press - VERY RAREprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
Limited to 500 copies, a beautifully produced (gatefold, laminated sleeve with superb photos of the band) 54-minute British black vinyl, containing radio recordings by one of the best British heavy rock bands of the early 70s. The first side has five recordings of excellent quality, recorded for BBC radio in 1970-1971 (including two tracks with the line-up of Carl Palmer and John Cann), and four tracks recorded live in the studio at the same time for TV Bremen - also with perfect sound. Note! The BBC recordings sound right for the first time, as it turned out that the earlier versions (released, among others, on the Hux label's CD "Devil's Answer" and as bonus tracks on the reissues of the first two CDs from Sanctuary) sounded far too slow (a few of them can be found on YouTube for comparison) - so slow that they were impossible to listen to! Now all of the first five compositions sound excellent! From start to finish it is a wonderful record - as good as (if not better than) the classic "Death Walks Behind You"! A must! -

ATOMIC ROOSTER (see also: Andromeda / Colosseum) - ATOMIC ROOSTER - Atomic Rooster (6th Album) - GERMAN EMI 1980 1st Press - EXCELLENT PLUS VINTAGE VINYLprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare, first, excellent-sounding German EMI 1980 edition. This was a reactivation by the leader Vincent Crane - with the guitarist/vocalist John Cann, that is the more important 2/3 of the line-up from the period of the LP "Death Walks Behind You". Released after a 7-year break, the band's sixth album contained very nice, juicy, hard rock material - which could just as well have been made much earlier. It is better than the records with Farlowe - not to mention the mediocre LP "Headline News" (1983). Great condition! The matt, rather delicate sleeve has a mark from a sticker and one crease: strong EXCELLENT / Record played a few times: MINT- -

ATOMIC ROOSTER (see also: Andromeda / Colosseum) - ATOMIC ROOSTER - Radio Sessions And TV Shows 1970-1971 - EU Sweet Leaf Limited Edition - VERY RARE - LISTENprice: 55,00 PLN / 13,75 EUR
A limited European CD, lasting 78 minutes, containing radio recordings by one of the best British hard rock bands of the early 70s. Above all the disc contains five recordings in excellent quality, recorded for BBC radio in 1970-1971 (including two tracks with the line-up with Carl Palmer and John Cann). Note! The BBC recordings sound right for the first time, because it turned out that the earlier versions (released, among others, on the Hux CD "Devil's Answer" and as bonus tracks on the reissues of the first two CDs on Sanctuary) sounded decidedly too slow (several of them can be found on YouTube for comparison) - so slow that they were unlistenable! Now all of the first five compositions sound excellent! In addition, the CD contains six tracks (including the 13-minute "I Can't Take No More") also recorded live (1970-1971) in the studio for TV Bremen - also with perfect sound. Finally, three recordings from a concert for BBC radio from 1970 have been added (still with Carl Palmer), in slightly worse but acceptable quality. From start to finish this is a wonderful record - as good as (if not better than) the classic "Death Walks Behind You"! A must! Condition: New, sealed. (JL) -

This heavy-progressive record is simply sen-sa-tion-al - something like a combination of the moods of Andromeda with Deep Purple's "In Rock", that is, brilliant, very intense guitar parts and the heavy sound of ubiquitous Hammond organs! The top twenty of British rock! A must! (JL) -
