AME SON - Catalyse +5 - SWE Flawed Gems Expanded Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Greatly improved compared with the old, crackly and hissy Spalax version (ripped from average quality vinyl) and expanded all in all with five tracks (including a great single from 1969), Swedish edition of the sensational album by a French psych-progressive formation whose members had worked a little earlier with Daevid Allen (before he founded Gong). The style of the LP "Ame Son" can be compared with the early recordings of Gong, as well as early Pink Floyd, Group 1850 and Soft Machine - with a pinch of Jethro Tull. This album, sung in both French and English, is simply superb, although it requires a few careful listens. I repeat: in sound this edition beats the old CD hands down! A MUST! (JL)
