ACID - Maniac +3 - UK Hear No Evil Remastered Expanded Edition - LISTEN

Released in 1983, "Maniac" is superb, classic speed-power metal from Belgium, with female vocals - a smoother Motorhead and sped-up AC/DC, with a pinch of Metallica from the period of "Kill 'Em All". Nice, simple playing with nice guitar solos and very good drumming. Some of the tracks are so good and so easily 'catchy' that it is hard to believe. This is one of my favourite metal albums! Additionally three bonuses from the maxi-single "Black Car" (1984). Highly recommended! (JL)
