JOHN, ELTON - ELTON JOHN - Empty Sky - UK DJM Records 1969 1st Press (STEREO VINYL in MONO COVER) - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 250,00 PLN / 62,50 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! This is a very rare first British 1969 edition. "Empty Sky" is a very eclectic album, full of stylistic twists, yet very accessible and deeply satisfying to listen to - very typical of 1969! Although the sleeve says mono, inside there is a stereo vinyl. Sleeve: EXCELLENT / Record: MINT- -

JOHN, ELTON - ELTON JOHN - Elton John (2nd Album) (2CD) - EU Remastered Deluxe Edition - LISTENprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
An excellent second album (containing, among others, "Your Song", "Border Song", "Take Me To The Pilot" and a few forgotten but even better numbers) - considered by many to be the best of his career (although the debut Empty Sky is even better!). Elton then had a very attractive-sounding, poignant voice and of course the ability to compose catchy and at the same time non-trivial melodies. A two-disc deluxe edition, from 2008. The additional CD contains demo versions and tracks from BBC performances. Highly recommended! -
