3 (THREE) (see also: Emerson Lake & Palmer / Keith Emerson) - 3 - ...To The Power Of Three - GERMAN Geffen 1988 1st Press - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 250,00 PLN / 62,50 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare (because poorly selling), first and only German Geffen 1988 edition, of the album by a short-lived band made up of old progressive veterans: Keith Emerson and Carl Palmer and the young vocalist/bassist Robert Berry. It is progressive pop rock with one really nice, serious track, the 7-minute "Desde La Vida". ELP fans must have this album, while the rest should certainly listen to it first. Plus the original insert with lyrics and photos. Sleeve: EX+ / Record like new: MINT -

AC/DC - AC/DC - High Voltage (Australian Version) - AUSTRALIAN Albert Productions ('dark blue') 1977 2nd Press (with 1975 1st Press COVER) - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 500,00 PLN / 125,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A totally mega rare, second Australian edition (from 1977) of the debut album - already without the tiny kangaroo logo on the vinyl, STILL dark blue label. The sleeve used comes from the first edition, as inside it was the earliest vinyl (with the aforementioned little kangaroo on the label), which I kept for myself (with a perfect sleeve). The version with the kangaroo is worth over 600 euros! To sum up: the used sleeve, with traces of damp, a little scuffed and acceptable, is from 1975, and the perfectly new vinyl, playing without any hiss or crackle, is from 1977. Sleeve: EXCELLENT- / Record: MINT(-) -

ANALOGUE SOUND! The first German edition (from 1989, on the Arista label) of the album that was really Yes's thirteenth record (with Tony Levin on bass guitar), but released under a name forced by a court case. ATOMIC ROOSTER (see also: Andromeda / Colosseum) - ATOMIC ROOSTER - Atomic Rooster (6th Album) - GERMAN EMI 1980 1st Press - EXCELLENT PLUS VINTAGE VINYLprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare, first, excellent-sounding German EMI 1980 edition. This was a reactivation by the leader Vincent Crane - with the guitarist/vocalist John Cann, that is the more important 2/3 of the line-up from the period of the LP "Death Walks Behind You". Released after a 7-year break, the band's sixth album contained very nice, juicy, hard rock material - which could just as well have been made much earlier. It is better than the records with Farlowe - not to mention the mediocre LP "Headline News" (1983). Great condition! The matt, rather delicate sleeve has a mark from a sticker and one crease: strong EXCELLENT / Record played a few times: MINT- -

AUBREY SMALL - AUBREY SMALL - Aubrey Small (LP + SINGIEL 7'') - UK Record Collector Magazine Limited Press - LISTEN - LAST COPYprice: 280,00 PLN / 70,00 EUR
The sole album by a British band performing music that combined the styles of The Moody Blues, The Beatles (from the "Abbey Road" period) and Neil Young, with elaborate vocal parts. Released in 1971 by Polydor, the record unfortunately got no promotion at all and vanished completely on the market of the day. A 2013 reissue limited to 500 copies, released by Record Collector Magazine. It contains a gatefold insert with lyrics and photos, a certificate and an additional single. Highly recommended! (JL) -

AUGER, BRIAN & THE TRINITY - BRIAN AUGER & THE TRINITY - Befour - US RCA Victor 1970 1st Press - LISTEN - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare, first American edition in the unique, US-designed RCA Victor sleeve, in perfect condition. It is the earliest RCA pressing - still on heavyish vinyl, and not on the very flexible so-called 'Dynaflex' (from 1971). Made in 1970, "Befour" (with Gary Boyle on guitar) is the last record released under the Trinity banner and at the same time one of the 2-3 best albums in the famous keyboard player's discography. A sophisticated, intelligent combination of various musical genres (rock, jazz, classical music, rhythm'n'blues) produced a truly charming album - for almost every lover of old sounds! Sleeve: EXCELLENT+ / Record almost like new: MINT- -

BANTON, BRECKER, FRENCH, REEVES, STARZYŃSKI, ZAWILSKI - HUGH BANTON, RANDY BRECKER, PETER FRENCH, TONY REEVES, MARCIN STARZYŃSKI, MARCIN ZAWILSKI - High Times Woman - SINGIEL 7'' - POL Limited Press - LISTENprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
A birthday blues composed by the guitarist Marcin Zawilski (Bardzo / Dark Leaves), growing out of the spirit of Led Zeppelin, though rhythmically rooted in the playing of Ginger Baker. The lyrics of "High Times Woman" were written and fantastically sung by Peter French, who began his career in the late 60s in the Brunning Sunflower Blues Band of the former Fleetwood Mac bassist. Shortly afterwards he co-founded Leaf Hound, and then joined Atomic Rooster and Cactus, in which he shared the stage with the Vanilla Fudge rhythm section. Also taking part in the project was Tony Reeves (bass guitar / double bass), known above all from the jazz-rock incarnation of John Mayall's Bluesbreakers and from Colosseum. The trumpet and organ solos were recorded by Randy Brecker (Blood Sweat & Tears, Lou Reed, Eric Clapton) - a five-time Grammy winner - and Hugh Banton (Van Der Graaf Genetaror). Marcin Starzyński is responsible for the arrangement and the drums. On the single the track appears in two versions, differing in personnel, while on YouTube both are joined into a single whole. At the beginning it is a mid-tempo blues-rock number. Then, two minutes before the end, it slows down and rolls along like a steamroller, against which a solo appears - on side A Banton on organ, and on B - Brecker on trumpet. -
