BEATLES, THE - BEATLES - 1964 US Albums In Mono - EU MONO Limited Pressprice: 1 600,00 PLN / 400,00 EUR
From the publisher: "1964 was the year in which the United States first fell in love with The Beatles, and an unprecedented number of albums and singles topped the charts and sold in the millions. But these albums are not simply replicas of the albums of 1963 and 1964 released by Parlophone in Great Britain and the rest of the world. Seeing another opportunity, Capitol Records and United Artists compiled these albums for release in the USA between January 1964 and March 1965. To celebrate the momentous year in which Beatlemania exploded across the United States, seven Beatles albums have been gathered in a spectacular new eight-record vinyl set. "Meet The Beatles!", "The Beatles' Second Album", "A Hard Day's Night (Original Motion Picture Sound Track", "Something New", "The Beatles' Story" (2LP), "Beatles '65" and "The Early Beatles" contain faithfully reproduced artwork and new four-panel inserts with essays written by the American historian Bruce Spizer. The new vinyls were cut by Kevin Reeves at East Iris Studios in Nashville, referring to the original first pressings, to ensure fidelity to the original release while at the same time making it possible to hear more musical information than was possible before. Audiophile 180-gram pressing. The title "The Beatles' Story" (2LP) will be available exclusively in this set." -

BEATLES, THE - BEATLES - Sessions - A Collection Of Unreleased Songs, Studio Outtakes And Demo Versions 1962-1969 - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A limited, black vinyl lasting over 50 minutes, released in a beautiful, laminated sleeve and gathering exclusively Beatles compositions from 1962-1969 not included on any official record! Most of the recordings were finished and mixed ("Leave My Kitten Alone", "Come And Get It", "Not Guilty", "How Do You Do It", "That Means A Lot", "If You've Got Trouble", "Christmas Time Is Here Again", "Besame Mucho", "Love Of The Loved", "Can You Take Me Back", "Mailman Bring Me No More Blues", "What's The New Mary Jane?"), while several compositions appear in the form of excellent demo versions ("Goodbye", "Circles", "Child Of Nature", "You Know What To Do"). The vast majority of the recordings appeared on the 9 LPs/6 CDs of the "Anthology" 1-3 series, but probably for the first time all the unknown titles have been collected together, and besides, some of them are here in different mixes ("That Means A Lot" is in mono without reverb, and "12 Bar Original" is in the full, uncut and nearly 7-minute version). Finally it is worth noting the presence of the officially unpublished and unfairly overlooked "Suzy Parker" from the sessions for "Let It Be". On the back of the sleeve exhaustive information about the origin of the individual recordings has been placed! The vast majority of them were to appear on the "Sessions" record from 1984 planned by EMI (the sleeve design and the track list were already ready), but never released! AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Condition: MINT, NEW, unsealed. (JL) -

BEATLES, THE - BEATLES - The Psychedelic Album - Original MONO Mixes 1966-1968 - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A limited, 52-minute black vinyl from Vernephone, released in a beautiful laminated sleeve and collecting only the psychedelic recordings by The Beatles from 1966-1968 in RARE, ORIGINAL MONO MIXES! These are not the versions remixed by Giles Martin in recent years (as in the YouTube links attached below), but the original single and album mixes from the 60s! The album includes, among others, the super-rare "Tomorrow Never Knows - Remix 11" (taken from the earliest British pressing, withdrawn after one day) and the earliest mono mix of "I'm Only Sleeping" - released on the American LP "Yesterday... And Today" - three months before the British version of the LP "Revolver"! In total, sixteen psych-rock gems that are a perfect complement to The Beatles' catalogue (and especially stereo) albums. Excellent sound and vinyl quality! AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Condition: MINT, NEW, unsealed. (JL) -

BEATLES, THE - BEATLES - Unreleased British Radio Sessions 1962-1965 (2LP) - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
This double album could easily be called "Live At The BBC Vol. 3". The limited black vinyls from Vernephone, released in a stunning sleeve and lasting two hours (minus two minutes), collect 53 recordings - including versions exclusively not previously released on the official "Live At The BBC" (1994) and "On Air - Live At The BBC Vol. 2" (2013). The records also contain tracks omitted from earlier Apple releases: "I Call Your Name", "I Should Have Known Better" and "The Night Before". Besides this, you can hear six recordings (in very average quality, but still something...) made for BBC radio in Manchester in 1962, live - still with Pete Best (including "Dream Baby", "A Picture Of You", "Memphis Tennessee" and "Besame Mucho")! Generally the vast majority of the recordings are in perfect or very good sound quality! As far as I know, all the recordings have been corrected for tape speed, carefully denoised and improved as far as possible compared with the versions circulating among fans. I have listened to this record perhaps twenty times and still can't get enough! Excellent vinyl quality! AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Condition: MINT, NEW, unsealed. (JL) -

BEAUREGARDE - BEAUREGARDE - Beauregarde - US Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Admittedly the guy on the cover looked like a caveman (and in reality in the 60s he was a wrestler popular in the States), yet this album, recorded in 1971, contains great, bluesy, slightly swaying and quite heavyish rock with nice guitar parts, organ echoing in the background and occasional brass. A big surprise, all the more so as Beauregarde could sing too. Sometimes you can hear slight vinyl crackle, but I recommend it anyway! -

BECK BOGERT & APPICE (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Cactus) - BECK, BOGERT & APPICE - Live (2CD) - US Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
A great, double CD released on vinyl in 1973 only in Japan. A rocking combination of Cream-like style with heavily souped-up material from the debut here + several beefed-up covers of Vanilla Fudge, Yardbirds, Jeff Beck Group - decidedly classic playing. Three-panel digipak. A MUST! (JL) -

BECK, GORDON (see also: Nucleus / John McLaughlin) - GORDON BECK QUARTET featuring JOY MARSHALL - When Sunny Gets Blue (Spring '68 Sessions) +3 - UK Turtle Expanded Digipack Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Gordon Beck was an English pianist and composer who began performing professionally in 1960. After his death in 2011 as many as 26 albums were made available. One of them contains two sessions by his quartet, from 1968, featuring the American vocalist Joy Marshall. Besides the leader, the band consisted of: John McLaughlin - guitar, Jeff Clyne - bass and Tony Oxley - drums. As a bonus, three tracks from an April 1966 session have been included, during which Marshall also sang with Beck's trio. -

BECK, JEFF (see also: Yardbirds) - JEFF BECK - Beck-Ola - JAPAN Odeon 1969 RED VINYL 1st Press - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 450,00 PLN / 112,50 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A super rare, absolutely first Japanese edition (on dark red vinyl from Odeon) of the famous guitarist's superb second album from 1969. Great playing - undoubtedly one of the heaviest British titles of the late 60s. Rod Stewart, Ron Wood and Tony Newman (later in May Blitz) appear on the record alongside Beck. Attention! This is the best-sounding edition of this album - better than the UK and US versions, which I also have! Plus a lyric insert. The rigid, gatefold, checkered sleeve, unique to Japan, is almost perfect (with slight scuffs inside the gatefold): MINT- / The record is almost like new and sounds excellent: MINT(-)
