YUYA UCHIDA & THE FLOWERS - Challenge +2 - FRA Absinthe Expanded Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Limited to 500 copies, a great-sounding and well-made European reissue, in a gatefold sleeve, of a classic of the Japanese psychedelic rock circle, released in summer 1969! The Flowers included, among others, two future members of Flower Travellin' Band! This very nice album generally (apart from one sensational, instrumental psych rock number composed by the band) contained successful, very dynamic covers of classic psychedelic tracks from the repertoire of, among others, Janis Joplin, Cream and Jimi Hendrix. In addition, two unreleased recordings from the same session ("Fire" by Arthur Brown and "Five To One" by The Doors). Highly recommended! New, sealed.
