Released in 1970, the first album by the Scots who in 1972 began working with Alex Harvey and turned into the Sensational Alex Harvey Band. Perhaps this album is not as mighty as the brilliant 'second', driven by mighty riffs, but there is plenty of great playing on it and it undoubtedly deserves to be heard. Recommended! (JL)
