STONEHOUSE - Stonehouse Creek - EU Ethelion Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Another excellent, FIRST-EVER reissue from the Ethelion label - of an album practically forgotten by the world (the cover certainly did not help it, though it was signed by Keef, known from the debut of Black Sabbath and the record by the band Spring...) - until now! Yes, nobody had previously reissued this excellent and very rare title on vinyl. Released at the beginning of 1971 by RCA Victor (and now worth 400-500 euros), the Britons' only, but superb, LP contained heavy, very thoroughbred playing (with slight elements of progression) in the traditional British style, resembling somewhat the debut of Budgie, the records of May Blitz, the debut of Free and Leaf Hound. After a year two of the musicians ended up in the much gentler, though charming Asgard. Very clean, clear sound. A must! Condition: NEW, but unsealed.
