STARCASTLE - Fountains Of Light - US 1st Press - LISTEN

The second album by a once popular American progressive band recording for Epic Records. Released in 1977 and regarded as the best of the band's career, the album was without doubt inspired (also in the vocals - the vocalist uncannily resembled Jon Anderson) by the work of Yes (especially "Tales From Topographic Oceans", but without the psychedelic touches, and "Going For The One") and to a degree Kansas and Rush. It is a record that will delight fans of symphonic rock that is well produced and polished to the smallest detail. Recommended!
