STARCASTLE - STARCASTLE - Citadel - US Epic ('orange') 1977 1st Press - EXCELLENT VINTAGE VINYL - LISTENprice: 200,00 PLN / 50,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! The first American edition (from 1977) of the third album by a once popular progressive band. Without doubt it was still inspired (also in the vocals - the singer sounded uncannily like Jon Anderson) by the work of Yes and in part Kansas and Rush, although the tracks were somewhat shorter (only one lasted 7 minutes), and the music itself became somewhat less varied, more rhythmic, though still decidedly progressive. The album was produced by Roy Thomas Baker (a regular Queen collaborator). Sleeve: EXCELLENT- / Record practically like new: MINT- -
STARCASTLE - STARCASTLE - Fountains Of Light - US 1st Press - LISTENprice: 200,00 PLN / 50,00 EUR
The second album by a once popular American progressive band recording for Epic Records. Released in 1977 and regarded as the best of the band's career, the album was without doubt inspired (also in the vocals - the vocalist uncannily resembled Jon Anderson) by the work of Yes (especially "Tales From Topographic Oceans", but without the psychedelic touches, and "Going For The One") and to a degree Kansas and Rush. It is a record that will delight fans of symphonic rock that is well produced and polished to the smallest detail. Recommended!
