SPIRIT - Spirit +4 - GER Repertoire Remastered Expanded Digipack Edition - LISTEN

A fantastic and yet hugely underrated (especially here...) album! A wonderful combination of airy, psychedelic rock with folk, jazz and Hendrix. Without a doubt top five of American playing! There is not a single weak moment on the record, and it includes the stunning "Fresh Garbage", the 10-minute, improvised "Elijah" and "Gramophone Man" - known to some from the Woody Kern LP. The record also has the instrumental "Taurus" - from which the Zeppelins 'ripped off' the acoustic intro and arrangement for "Stairway To Heaven"!!! Repertoire digipak, with four bonuses. (JL)
