NINE DAYS' WONDER – The Bacillus Years (3CD) - MIG Music Edition

The complete recordings of Nine Days' Wonder for the Bacillus label, documenting the band's whole artistic path – from experimental progressive rock of the early seventies to the more polished, melodic sound of the middle of the decade. The debut, sensational album from 1971 stands out with extended suites and contains only four splendid pieces recalling the work of Silberbart, Birth Control from the LP "Operation" and early Pink Floyd - with elements of Frank Zappa. On the subsequent records the music becomes more orderly, but the band does not give up ambitious arrangements, rich instrumentation and characteristic multi-part vocals. 3CD in a cardboard digipak with a booklet
