MAN - On Air - Life On The Road 1972-1983 (4CD+2DVD) - UK Esoteric Remastered Edition

A set containing four CDs and two DVDs with recordings for BBC radio and television. Among them are three sessions for BBC Radio One's "In Concert", from 1972-1975, several tracks each for the programmes of John Peel, Bob Harris and "Sounds Of The Seventies", as well as a complete recording of the performance on the "BBC Radio 1 Friday Rock Show Live At Reading Festival 1983". On the two DVDs, meanwhile, we have previously unreleased performances on the "Old Grey Whistle Test", the recently discovered, 24-minute documentary "New Horizons (Man's First Seven Inch Record)" and a concert as part of "Farewell At The Roundhouse". Everything remastered from the original tapes. The whole thing in a cardboard box, with a 32-page booklet inside. Highly recommended! (MU)
