LEGEND - From The Fjords - EU Ethelion Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A great-sounding European edition, released for the first time in a gatefold sleeve, of what is in my opinion the best American heavy progressive rock album of the late 70s! Released privately by the band in 1979 (but very professionally recorded and produced), the album simply delights with its pioneering combination of heavy rock (almost metal) with progressive sounds. One can hear the influence of Rush from the "2112" period, Black Sabbath, early Wishbone Ash and Judas Priest, though on the other hand the music of this trio will delight fans of Manilla Road, Cirith Ungol or Manowar. The original vinyl in perfect condition and with the rare insert is worth 1000 dollars. The sound is excellent - much better than the content of the YouTube links below. A MUST! NEW, SEALED. (JL)
