The album presents organ jazz built on the sound of the classic Hammond. Krzysztof Sadowski combines jazz with elements of soul and rhythm & blues, accompanied on the recordings by, among others, the drummer Andrzej Dąbrowski and musicians from the Jazz Studio Polish Radio orchestra. The album includes both original compositions and jazz interpretations of songs by The Beatles, as well as the theme from the film "Dziecko Rosemary" by Krzysztof Komeda. 2006 CD reissue – Polish Jazz Deluxe series (Polskie Nagrania).
