JETHRO TULL - Live At Carnegie Hall, November 1970 - FRA On The Air - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A limited French CD containing 80 minutes of brilliant material recorded at New York's Carnegie Hall in November 1970 - on the tour promoting the band's heaviest album, "Benefit". This wonderful-sounding CD presents the band in its heaviest form, already with John Evan on Hammond organ. In 1972 two cut-down tracks ended up on the double LP "Living In The Past". And in 1993 an hour-long portion of the concert (in a different mix - with reverb) appeared on the four-disc box set marking the band's 25th anniversary. The whole concert, however, appeared on the long-deleted, three-disc CD edition of "Stand Up". So anyone who does not have this material (released in an exceptionally beautiful sleeve, taken from the limited, long-sold-out Record Store Day vinyl edition) should not hesitate any longer! Perfect sound quality! A must!
