FAIRPORT CONVENTION - What We Did On Our Holidays +3 - UK Expanded Edition - LISTEN

Released in January 1969, the second album in the discography, though the first with Sandy Denny (and with Ian Matthews - still on second vocals). You can still hear the influence of psychedelia and even blues, but this is already folk-rock. The superb Meet On The Ledge and Fotheringay. In their native Great Britain it is this album that is regarded as the group's peak achievement! There is something in that! 3 bonus tracks. A must!
