Bloodrock is an excellent (especially up to 1971) American band playing heavy, at times truly progressive rock with Hammond organ, although not shying away from gentler moods. The second album contains, among others, the stunning, 8-minute D.O.A. - a dark piece that is a recording of the last moments of a plane crash victim... CD from Repertoire. A must!
