BEAUREGARDE - Beauregarde - US Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Admittedly the guy on the cover looked like a caveman (and in reality in the 60s he was a wrestler popular in the States), yet this album, recorded in 1971, contains great, bluesy, slightly swaying and quite heavyish rock with nice guitar parts, organ echoing in the background and occasional brass. A big surprise, all the more so as Beauregarde could sing too. Sometimes you can hear slight vinyl crackle, but I recommend it anyway!
