APHRODITE'S CHILD - 666 (Apocalypse Of John 13/18) (4CD + BLU-RAY) - GRE 50th Anniversary Remastered Expanded Edition

Released in 1972, a wonderful, double and decidedly progressive album by the Vangelis/Roussos partnership, from the time when both played ambitious rock, although it was the former who was the brains of the band... One of the best items of European prog rock - decidedly different from the band's earlier, more accessible records: "End Of The World" (1969) and "It's Five o'Clock" (1970). There are those who consider this album the best progressive playing in the history of the genre! Anniversary edition consisting of four CDs and a Blu-ray. (JL)
