4 LEVELS OF EXISTENCE - 4 Levels Of Existence - US Lion Productions Edition - LISTEN

Very tasteful American edition of the only, genuinely cult album, made in 1976, by a Greek heavy-progressive formation playing heavy, though at moments quite melodic, rock based on a heavily overdriven guitar sound (like the Yugoslav Fire or the British Dark). Changing moods, rather broken rhythms, a nice, quite melodic (Greek) vocal. The original vinyl, released in a minimal pressing run, is worth over 2000 euros and is considered the most collectable record from the country of Aphrodite's Child. Highly recommended! (JL)
