GROUNDHOGS (see also: John Dummer Band / Egg) - GROUNDHOGS - Blues Obituary +2 - UK Fire Records Remastered Expanded Card Sleeve Edition - LISTENprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
A superb, second album by a British blues-rock band that had just transformed into a guitar-driven, progressive band with plenty of attractive improvisations. A remastered 2018 edition, with two additional recordings. A must! (JL) -

GROUNDHOGS (see also: John Dummer Band / Egg) - GROUNDHOGS - Thank Christ For The Bomb +5 - UK Fire Records Expanded Card Sleeve Edition - LISTENprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
The third and probably best album by the British trio (with the brilliant Tony McPhee on guitar) - combining the aesthetics of uncompromising, though rather broken-up hard rock of the Led Zeppelin and Budgie kind, with late psychedelia and with blues. A 2019 reissue, extended by five tracks. -
GROUNDHOGS (see also: John Dummer Band / Egg) - GROUNDHOGS - Hogwash + BBC Live 1972 (2LP) - UK Fire Records Remastered Expanded BLUE VINYL Limited Press - LISTENprice: 210,00 PLN / 52,50 EUR
A superb sixth album by the band, from 1972. Probably the most varied and spacious in their discography (with lots of Mellotron, among other things!). It is also one of my two or three favourite records by this heavy progressive blues band, still underrated in our country! Remastered 2022 edition on blue vinyl, limited to a thousand copies. Plus a SUPERB, long-awaited concert recorded by the band for the BBC on 7 December 1972. A MUST! (JL) -

GROUNDHOGS (see also: John Dummer Band / Egg) - GROUNDHOGS - Who Will Save The World? The Mighty Groundhogs +1 - UK Fire Records Card Sleeve Edition - LISTENprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
The fifth album - kept in the same, hard-progressive style as the previous two albums, although at moments the band plays even harder, almost like early Budgie! A 2021 reissue in a card sleeve. Additionally one track, from a concert at the Pocono Festival in Pennsylvania (USA), in 1972.
