CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - Live At Fox Theater Long Island, New York 1971 - EU Klondike Editionprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
A really nice radio concert from 1971. Very good sound quality, though not as excellent as on the 2CD "Live At The States". -
CACTUS (see also: Vanilla Fudge / Leaf Hound) - CACTUS - Live In The States 1971 (2CD) - FRA On The Air Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
A superb double CD lasting over two and a half hours, containing a complete show of excellent quality from December 1971 (just after the release of the third album "Restrictions") and five live recordings from August 1971. The band (still in the classic line-up) played as if inspired - like a combination of Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Cream. Most of the tracks lasted between 8 and 20 minutes! The sound quality is perfect - it could not be better! Why did this material not come out at the time??!! A few months later the rhythm section of Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice formed a trio with Jeff Beck. A must! (JL) -

Third and fourth albums released together as a double, remastered CD. Restrictions is probably the most successful of all the albums by this American formation, while the still superb "fourth" contained half-live, half-studio material, and the group's vocalist at that time was Pete French, known from Leaf Hound! A MUST! -
