BUFFALO (AUS) - BUFFALO - Dead Forever - EU Sun King Expanded Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A new, limited European edition of the excellent debut album, released in 1972 by ('swirl') Vertigo Records, by the heaviest-playing band in the history of Australian rock of the 70s! The band had a genuine ability to compose catchy, though always dark, tracks. The music rolled slowly - like a steamroller, especially in the as-much-as-11-minute cover of "I'm A Mover" from the Free repertoire! Buffalo's first album can be compared to the recordings of Black Sabbath, Budgie, Bloodrock and Sir Lord Baltimore. A gatefold sleeve with a splendid, atmospheric photo of the band playing in a cemetery. A MUST! Condition: MINT (NEW , unsealed). (JL) -
BUFFALO (AUS) - BUFFALO - Only Want You For Your Body +3 - EU Sun King Expanded Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A new, European reissue of the third and at the same time last, truly great record by this Australian band, released in 1974 by Australian Vertigo in a controversial, gatefold sleeve (it wouldn't pass today...)! The band combined the best of early Black Sabbath, Grand Funk and Ten Years After. Ah, those riffs! Great guitar solos, a very heavy sound, a strong vocal. Additionally 3 bonus tracks from singles are included: two tracks from 1972 and one from 1974. A must! Condition: MINT (NEW , unsealed). (JL) -
